Club Cala Romani

Great service for this price :)

A very horrible hotel and experience. We arrived after midnight. There was not even a cup of water for anyone. We were told to buy drinks from the vending machines. Very rude useless staff, poor customer service. You are treated like a child. You cant take food out of the service area, you will be blocked and refused to leave with food in your hands. Not alot of positive experience. Do not come here. There is no free wifi in the rooms. You have to pay per each items so if you have lots of kids, you will pay for eqch person. I regretted coming here from the first day.

Where do l start has to be the worst Hotel l have stayed in, The food was absolutely awful had to eat out a lot of the time the rooms was so dated walls was paper thin so you could hear the people in the next room l never stayed in a hotel that the rooms don't have a fridge very odd 🤔 entertainment seen better only went one night and stayed 10 minutes if l had read the reviews first l would never had booked this Hotel

Had an absolute ball at this hotel, pool area was stunning, rooms comfy, food was good, we had really good nights at the hotel entertainment area, my son whos 14 really enjoyed the white party, i would also like to mention the staff and entertainment team, especially Bethany, she was lovely and very helpful

This hotel is amazing. I cannot fault it at all. The people and staff are so friendly and are always willing to help. Our room was great, it was super clean and spacious with a lovely view. The pool area is fantastic with 3 large pools. It is also spotless and very close to the local beach. The food was really nice and everyone could find something to eat. The entertainment is fantastic, I really loved the girls that were singing on Wednesday night. The entertainment team work super hard with lots of daytime activities as well as night time activities. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will be returning next year with a larger crowd!
