Condesa

I've just been reminded why I haven't went to Majorca for many years. Condesa is a typical Spanish hotel from 20 years ago that hasn't moved on much. We are all inclusive, but yet they still charge for anything they can. This includes, towels, safes, beach beds and even BINGO! The night time entertainment is poor although the Jackson 5 group made an effort. My room has been modernised but my daughters room 2 doors away is still stuck in the 90s. The poolside showers are broken. The food and drink is of typical all inclusive standard whereby the majority of food is not eaten. This tells a story. The beer, soft drinks and alcoholic drink are of a low standard. They taste different in the 5 year old plastic cups. Overall the hotel is clean but definitely not 4 star rating. That's where I stop. If I could go home now (3 days in) I would.

I stayed at Hotel Condesa from September 2nd to September 8th, paying £3,200 for the trip. Unfortunately, the stay was a major disappointment, particularly regarding cleanliness and staff service. We were initially assigned a room in the Royal Residential area. The room was not properly cleaned, showing visible dust, dirt, and mold in the bathroom and on the shower head. Due to these poor conditions, we requested a room change and upgraded to a Junior Suite for an additional €780. Unfortunately, the new room was also not clean, and housekeeping did not service our room. When I brought this up at reception, I was informed that housekeeping would not service the room for two days, which was very frustrating during a week-long stay. Overall, the service felt unwelcoming and unresponsive. Management and staff appeared indifferent to guest feedback and standard cleanliness expectations. Given the total cost, the experience did not match the price paid, and I would not recommend staying here.

Just returned from a fabulous week at the Hotel Condesa. Spotlessly clean in all departments. Our room overlooked the sea with a good sized balcony, and air conditioning which was an added bonus. The staff work so hard in all departments, and were very friendly. The food was excellent with so much to choose from each day. The pizzas and paella were the best! Only downside was the pool sunbeds. So many people came down early and just threw a towel over,only to return hours later. A lot of hotels don't allow this. We paid for sunbeds on the beach, so we didn't have this problem. The beach was amazing, and very safe if you have children. We will definitely come back next year.

A great location, so you can walk from pool to beach in minutes. No bars or restaurants around for a change of scene though. This is a very friendly hotel, with water machines everywhere. We had a quite room with a great sa view and the sound of the waves. Our room was fine and had efficient air conditioning. Was a little more expensive than we usually pay. The cleaners were everywhere constantly making sure everything was in order. Twice we missed the sports comps for our grandson as the rep was not tin the meeting place advertised, and he was disappointed in that. Evening entertainment was of 'kiddy club' standard and what quizes there were were won by those using AI on their phones for the answers. The response was 'we know' when we pointed that out. The food was great, a huge variety, but we had to utilise the microwave to get it up to temperature, also if you left the table to get a drink or more food, what was on the table was whisked away and you came back to no food, drink or table, so basically start again unless you left one person at the table. We were up at 7.30 to get some sunbeds, as aftet 8am there were none left. Unlike some we four used ours all day. A lot were left with belongings on all day. We couldnt pay to use the beach umbrellas as costs soon mount up. The sea was great, beautifully warm, with some lovely gentle waves for the children to enjoy. We had a wondeful time here, many happy memories.

I had a great time with Melany, Nicole, Valeria, Ari and Juan- Miguel . All of them were so nice and fun to talk to 👌🏽
