Hotel es Port it absolutely beautiful with stunning grounds and amazing customer service, all staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating it was the most seamless stay we have ever had at a hotel! We had a superior room and it was perfect with a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious with a different selection every day from a range of pastries to pancakes to cooked breakfast and especially loved how you could make your own freshly squeezed orange juice! The pool area is also great with a nice big pool and the style of the umbrellas is a nice touch to make it a luxe experience. Will definitely be returning 🙌🏻

We are currently staying at Hotel Es Port for the 15th time. The evening meal has certainly improved, as it was really not good a few years ago. We are also pleased that there is now a small outdoor gym and that further investment is being made to expand it, as it is definitely being used. It is a super quiet hotel, which we believe makes it very unique and attracts a specific clientele that greatly appreciates this tranquility. We hope they can maintain this, as in previous years there were a few very noisy groups, which many customers did not appreciate. The unique character and atmosphere truly make it a special hotel, and we hope it remains so. There is no entertainment. There is nothing to do at the pool; balls and mattresses are not allowed inside, which we find perfect. Children are only allowed in the Spa from 3 pm onwards if they are quiet, but we don't quite understand why, as that peace is disturbed by noise, shouting, and running back and forth, so we really don't see the added value of that for the clientele seeking peace and quiet. Respectful clientele; naturally, there are the occasional troublemaker here and there who shows no respect, but they also sense that they don't belong here. We've stayed here about six times now, and it just gets better. The setting is relaxing and beautiful - every corner of the grounds seems to have a delightful spot to sit (and perhaps enjoy a glass!). We've sampled several types of room, all very good, though the historic building is our favourite. The location is excellent, ideally situated for access to the bay, to walking trails and to buses to Palma and elsewhere. Breakfast has everything you could think of, and service throughout the hotel is efficient and friendly. We've already booked to return and can't wait!

This was our first visit to Majorca and we're so glad we chose Hotel Es Port. A very atmospheric and historic building set in lovely grounds but just a short walk to the bustle of the harbour through the 'back' gate. Our room was in the more modern part of the building and was clean, comfortable with a nice bathroom and great shower. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and added to the very positive experience. We were especially grateful to the front of house team who sorted out a late checkout for us and enabled us to keep our room. The quality of the food was excellent and we opted for 5 nights half-board with a varied menu and buffet every day. special mention for the quality of the fish cookery. Our only comment was that it would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room every day or a water station somewhere in the hotel to refill bottles, but that's a minor issue in what what a fab stay and wonderful introduction to Majorca. We will be back!

We loved this hotel. The old parts of the hotel are beautiful with some interesting historic features like the old olive press and vaulted rooms to explore. Our room was in the newer part of the hotel and was very spacious and simply but well furnished, with a big comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a large shower unit. The balcony was a decent size and overlooked the garden area outside the spa, The views from there were lovely, of the hills beyond the hotel grounds with hardly a building in sight. It is just a short walk to the sea front / beach / marina area where there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes. We only ate at the hotel one evening, in the main restaurant, which was good. But we had breakfast there each morning where there was a good quality buffer with plenty of choice. We used the spa area a fair bit (ie the indoor pool, jacuzzi, etc which was included in the room rate) and it always felt like a real treat as is was never busy, and there were always plenty of sun beds outside in the gardens - most guests seemed to use the lower swimming pool area which was busier and had more urban views so was less to our taste but still nice. Staff were always friendly and efficient.
