Europe Playa Marina - Adults Only

There was black mold in the vents and my entire group got black mold poisoning. We could barely sleep. We felt extremely sick every day and we continue to have a horrible cough. Unlike any we had. Ever had Before Even After leaving the hotel. I was so happy to leave. I would never come back here. One member of our party is an asthmatic with a mold allergy. So she was affected. Especially terribly. If you have any health issues. Avoid this resort at all costs.

Lovely hotel for a solo traveller. It has a calm and safe feel to it. The breakfast is a highlight, especially the omlette bar run expertly by a friendly and efficient chef. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and there are steps into the sea, which was like a warm bath! For those looking for something more lively, you can catch the bus to Palma a hop step and a jump away from reception. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the bathroom in my room had a glass wall. Not a problem for me as a solo traveller this time but I would hesitate to come back if sharing the room.

The hotel has a musty smell of wet basement, a strong, stale scent that is unmistakable. Attached photos are of their medium ribeye steak, suite bathroom, socks after walking on the floor in the suite, and black mold in the suite AC vent. In general you can tell that the staff are tired of tourists and really couldn’t care much.

Nice hotel with an access to the sea directly (no beach. Direct water access) But very old inside

This place has just 6 car park spaces ( which are also a 10 minute walk uphill) for 160 Bedrooms and no third party arrangements or any solutions for guests arriving with a car. I arrived at 11.30pm and spent until 1.00am searching for parking and in the end begged a place at another quality hotel nearby. Management response : Not our problem, intransigence, no compensation, no flexibility on late check out despite losing two hours looking for parking and associated stress. This is one of those independent hotels that plays the numbers game. They don't give a damn about guests - they know others will come so you are treated with contempt. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - its "cheap" for a good reason.
