Globales Cala Viñas

2nd time we’ve now stayed here first as a couple looking to relax and this time I brought my parents with us! The most gorgeous hotel with great views very deep pool great for swimming and the option of an indoor pool that’s warm, the best massage from Carlos I’ve ever experienced and reasonably priced couldn’t recommend getting a massage enough! The food was a lovely selection of fresh and hot food with nice desserts there was always a lovely pasta and meat every night which I really liked! Pepsi max on tap was amazing as I’m not a big drinker but the alcohol provided was very tasty from my 3 other family members nice beer and wine options. Rooms were gorgeous and could be cleaned every day if you wanted and night time entertainment bingo every evening the staff were just fab! Very inclusive of all the languages they offered loved it! Will most likely book again for October next year!

I would Definitely think twice before booking here . The only positives was the beautiful view and the entertainment team and bar staff. We were staying on the 12th floor and had to complain as there was no water pressure from the shower and the response we got was that’s normal because everyone is using it. The next day we requested to move and while the person at the front of house was dealing with us proceeded to answer phone calls which is extremely rude. The all inclusive package is awful and the food was bland and never hot. This was supposed to be our honeymoon but we come away thinking what a waste. We would never return here again such a bad experience

Twin room location was good with balcony overlooking the bay. Great selection of food at breakfast with fresh fruit, dinner was not to the same standard as breakfast we found the choices tasted very bland. Bus to Palma was approximately 20 mins walk from the hotel but pot luck catching the bus returning from Magaluf as at times it did not arrive. If you do get the bus back to Cala Vinces due to one way systems the bus stops further away from the stop you departed from, in fact it was recommended to stay on the bus to the terminus at Sol de Mallorca get off and get back on and pay for the 5 min journey to return to the stop you originally left from. A quiet but very hilly area. Staff very friendly and helpful as were the TUI reps.

The hotel was clean and the location is fantastic! Our 3rd visit now, pool was great and plenty of sun beds, staff were friendly and helpful, great food options , what made our holiday was the entertainment team, Pierre, Daniel and Salma ! Super friendly and they worked so hard! This is a honest review and would highly recommend it to other people, no moans from us !

An excellent 11 nights in the Cala Vinas Globales, This is a great Hotel, the quality and range of foods at different meal times are excellent. The entertainment team were superb and always friendly with a good sense of humour.
