We felt the service and location at this hotel was fairly priced and ideal for what we needed on this trip. The quality of food and drink isn’t high end. However, we turned up after a late flight around 2-3am and I cannot thank the receptionist and late night security who opened up the restaurant just for us when most were asleep. It hadn’t been a great trip and to say “Si, Of Course” after a day of airline failures was a real help. We’ll be back

I’ve just finished my stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it! I travelled solo and felt so comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, modern and really well looked after, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was also really good, with plenty of choice and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. There was always something going on, with activities throughout the day, quizzes and bingo every night, as well as a kids’ disco and activities for families. Even travelling alone, I never felt bored and there was a really lovely atmosphere around the hotel. The location was perfect too — only around a 2-minute walk from the beach, pharmacy, shops and plenty of restaurants. The port was also around a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient. I had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to anyone travelling solo. I’d absolutely stay here again! ❤️

Just come back from 10 dsy stay requested a room on 9th floor got 7th floor room nice and tidy views nice we over looked pool food average we always found something to eat although I ate a lot of salad and pasta breakfast was good you could get full English every day pool area nice so was outside area beach 2 min entertainment was very good loved the aqua aerobics and night time entertainment staff were friendly plenty of shops near by strip about 15 min walk this was our second time been here

I must say I was sceptical about coming after reading recent reviews. They are rubbish, absolutely, if you want iberostar quality pay the extra £1000. The hotel is very clean, staff are polite and friendly, ive had 3 meals so far, and have all been brilliant, plenty of choices. Room is a single and plenty of room and storage. If I returned to Alcudia I'd have no problem booking to stay here next time, perfect location 200 mts to the beach Don't believe the negatives

5th time staying here and it hasn't changed a bit. Yes it's not the best hotel in Alcudia but you get what you pay for. If you want better, stay somewhere else for at least twice the price. Rooms are clean, I'm a fussy eater and have always found something to eat, location is excellent and all staff are very friendly. Never had a problem and can't understand some of the reviews on here, one saying they couldn't stretch hair straighteners from plug by the tv to the mirror? I had mine and used the plug in the bathroom 🤷🏼‍♀️ We'll be back next year 😃
