Overall a very pleasant stay. location suited us as between the beaches at Cala Millor and Costa del Pins. Pros: Lovely fresh room that was very spacious with great facilities: safe, fridge Food in the restaurant was good, usually enough choice but some meals better than others Breakfast was good, great omelettes and good produce Clean rooms and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful Shuttle bus really useful and driver always helpful Cons Some unpleasant characters serving drinks and in the restaurant, need some customer service training. Jesica particularly rude and dismissive to some guests while lavishing attention on groups or those with families. Snack station inadequate and in an area where everyone helped themselves regardless of the board basis they were on. Snack station with curled up white bread ham and cheese sandwiches, biscuits and fruit the only alternative for a missed evening meal and early departure. on the morning we left the food had been well picked over and no cups or beakers. The coffee machine was broken and mess everywhere. Feedback request from hotel after a couple of days not followed up Evening entertainment started too late and was too loud.. especially the 2 evenings of karaoke

We are just back from a weeks All Inclusive. Hotel is slightly out of the way of main town. Its about a 20 minute walk to the centre. Staff are mostly pleasant and helpful except for one barman who clearly doesn't like serving guests. Didnt see him smile all week! Food is only ok. I'm not a fussy eater and even I struggled a few times. We went out to eat also. Snack bar is shocking! Stale bread biscuits and watermelon that sat in direct sunlight most of the day! Awful! Not all drinks are included in the All Inclusive. You had to pay for some beers and cocktails which I've never experienced before! Returning guests also commented the glass size was half what it used be but no limits on the refills. Rooms were ok. Clean basic enough. Hairdryer and mini fridge but no iron or ironing board. In fact the hotel seemed to have only one iron in total you had to wait your turn for. Something else I found strange! In all a nice hotel a little out of the way. Mostly Friendly staff but wouldn't return to this hotel as there are better hotels in better locations of Cala Bona.

Our second visit....nice rooms, great food and lots of people on multiple visits always a good sign....thoroughly recommend, we will be back. September 2026

Located on the east coast in an area with not much around. Rooms are good but the beds are metal framed and make racket when you get on and off.. We were all inclusive and the food was average and somewhat repetitive. The inclusive drinks lacked alcohol with beers being served in small portions. The all day snack area was very poor with fruit,biscuits and ham and cheese sandwiches ( which were then recycled at breakfast). The self serve carbonated drinks (pop) was outside and swarming with wasps. The staff were kind and friendly apart from a barman ( possibly Colombian or Mexican) who was very ignorant and was disgusted that he had to serve customers. The photo is the all day snack area.We won't be going back.

This has been a positive experience for me staying in the Globales Isabel hotel in Majorca, Cala Bona in the North East territorial region. Every day the staff are Professional, Friendly and Hard-working. The hotel reception staff led by Ricardo and his team are very knowledgeable and had an answer or solution to my many many information requests. The cleaning team attended to my junior suite room daily, including weekends. The hotel has a ambient heated by the sun swimming pool at the south-east side of the building which is attended daily by the regular grounds-keeper and pool attendant for guest safety and Health and Safety purposes. There is various pool entertainment every day and also archery and other sports. The restaurant staff led by Debora and Fabian and his team of senorita colleagues are polite and wecoming and multi-linguistic and put up with my limited Español! The hotel evening entertainment has been top class from Karaoke to a solo singer and acoustic guitar musician to Bingo and the always opened drinks Bar. The only negitive feedback from guests who have been here prior to the recent company and management takeover are the with full-board the glass sizes have diminished in size though there is no limit on the amount of times full-board guests can gey their smaller glasses refilled throughout their stay. Guests have also mentioned that some dietary requirements are not catered for as they were in the past by the previous hotel owners, such as softer food for those with less teeth or bite. There has also been a change with later checkout times for guests who have evening return flights. Overall and with four days still left of my stay, I have been happy and satisfied with my experience here :-)
