Carolina, Paul and Sofia are fantastic, lovely staff and super friendly!

We visited the hotel to celebrate 50th birthdays, the hotel was in a good location around ten minute walk from beach and restaurants. The pool area was clean and plenty sunbeds at this time of year, however frustrating that pool area didn’t open until 10am leaving a lot of people hanging about in the morning and creating a rush at 10am. The service at reception and at bars was unfriendly and unhelpful, we completed check in 20 minutes before 2pm, and were told we’d have to come back at 2pm for our bands, we were all hungry after travelling and asked if we couldn’t just get them it was 20 minutes, told a sharp no. We then had to return and queue at reception which wasn’t the quickest service again. There was ants on floor in restaurant and ants came out the juice dispenser in the restaurant. One day it rained very heavy and the pool emptied with most guests heading into the bar, yet they kept pool bar open and didn’t move staff to the main bar area where everyone was, meaning everyone trailing downstairs out to snippy terrace to queue at the bar. The lifts were a joke, very slow and dangerous with doors shutting on you when entering. We had a good holiday but we ate out every night despite our all inclusive.

Hotel was lovely, room not big but ample in size we had 3 in the room (our choice). No problem with air con, House keepers worked very hard to keep the rooms clean plenty clean towels and bedding, we were on 1st floor so no problems with lifts we used the stairs, the restaurant was fab plenty fresh food and a great choice the staff there also work very hard. Pool area also very good no sun bed wars plenty for everyone, drinks at the bar good ( staff sometimes not to happy) the tokens for drinks works when we got our head around it, it’s a great idea as there are no empty or half filled glasses lying all over the tables the area is always clean and tidy, if you fancy a snack by the pool great choice there too, all in all a great holiday which we would highly recommend short walk to the front means you are away from all the noise, we would love to return 😎

When we first arrived to the hotel me and my husband thought it was spotless well maintained. Then on our 3rd day my husband noticed i had bites to my back and legs, we went down to reception the head of house keeping lady looked at my spots and told us we couldn't go back to our room, we had to move rooms, I got rather upset packing then unpacking, but she was so sincere and apologised deeply so we moved rooms. The food was very good but I wouldn't eat at the pool bar loads of ants walking on the pizza. We asked if we could keep the room on and didn't mind paying as our pick up was at 11.15pm, so we kept the room on till 6pm. it was 6.05pm the cleaning lady came through the apartment door. We left our apartment but didn't get to the reception until 6.10 we handed our key in Silvia ( the receptionist )said you should have been out of your room at 6pm, my husband commented we had been waiting for the lift . She wasn't happy. He commented about what i gone through with bites and moving rooms, and how other members of staff had treat us with respect with the upsetting issue we had with the bites, and having to move rooms Silvia was so disobliging and uncooperative she said take it up with Tui, my husband commented and said the bites had nothing to do with tui ,it was a globales problem. All the other members of staff was lovely always smiling and laughing with us, they work really hard in the restaurant.
