The best hotel ever Dani and Miguel are the best Barman in the world ! They made me feel at home lovely people

Third visit and good as before.Animation 2 ladies and one man work hard both day and night and always smiling.Hotel easy walking from beach and shops.Rooms kept very clean. Restaurant staff pleasant and good choice of food

Great hotel very friendly staff Iraida on the animation team made the games fun and exciting. The food was tasty. Location was great for shops and beach .Rooms clean and big enough.

Was at this hotel for 3 nights at the start of march with my mom • the location is ideal as you’re a short walk away from lots of shops, bars and a mix of different restaurants- and if you head down a bit further(about half an hour walk) you’ll be in Magaluf, so you’re far enough away to not hear the constant noise of clubs but still close enough to be able to go • your all inclusive drinks were your bog standard beer wine etc, there was a few cocktails on offer but we didn’t have any so can’t comment on those We opted for the vip and thought it was great as we could help ourselves in a quieter area without queuing up and dealing with the tokens •the food was what I can only describe as revolting, most of it was freezing cold and the live cooking stations were disappointing On our second night we received a raw chicken skewer, so that was enough restaurant for us and we ate out after that. We understand it gets busy but food hygiene is paramount and handing out raw food (especially chicken) is vile, while speaking to others we found this was quite a common occurrence. • the room was nice, nothing special but for the price can’t complain, we were on the 7th floor and didn’t hear much noise, beds were comfy enough • entertainment was pretty repetitive, darts bingo etc, we played and won the bingo on our first night but were pretty convinced the man at reception had taken some of our winnings as he opened the envelope under the counter all shady and handed us the money- upon reflection we were told by the animation staff that it was strange and you normally just get given the envelope, so we didn’t take part after that For the price we paid for 3 nights all inclusive we were semi satisfied- we weren’t expecting the ritz. The area was lovely and we will definitely return to Palmanova but we will opt for a different hotel in future😊
