Positives-clean hotel and rooms, entertainment is probably the best I have ever seen in a hotel! So full credit to the entertainment team! Cleaners do a fab job and are very friendly. Location is fantastic 2min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop (15 mins to Palma city). Negatives - the awful, disgusting smell that lingers in this hotel! The main areas being reception and outside the dining room (of all places!). It is a sewage/bad drain smell, that is quite frankly stomach churning! The food is not great but ok but another issue is the pool bar! The long queues are ridiculous! Expect to be waiting for a drink for 15-20 mins

Hotel its self is ok , only one lift working and 7 floors and only allows three people in so my elderly mother had to wait a long time to be able to get around hotel . I’ve never known such miserable staff, they don’t talk or smile . Food is ok but not great , pool is small and not very clean . I can honestly say this is no where near a 4 star hotel !! . No adult entertainment only good thing was location to the beach . Will not be returning

I have visited this hotel over the past five years normally with a group of friends in March and just returned home from my second visit this year yesterday with a friend. I have always found all the staff pleasant and helpful, particularly Charlotte and all the animation staff who are full of fun even with us older guys without kids and the bar staff who recognise and engage with us on every visit. The hotel is a little tired in areas, but the place is clean and the location is excellent for the beach, local bars and restaurants. We had the sea view room which was worth that little extra and the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbly and fruit for being regular visitors. I have already re-booked to return in May next year. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work.

Over the last 10 years , my husband and I have spent our last 8 summer holidays at Globales Palma Nova. Each time we have loved the VIP experience, therefore again chose this hotel to take back our grown up children as part of my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. In previous years , we could not fault thr hotel and service provided in the VIP section. As this was a special holiday, we paid £7000 for 5 of us to visit. We arrived on 23rd August,while my son and girlfriend arrived on 25th. Again the experience was good. However, we notived the hotel looked slightly tired this year. In previous years, the hotel was clean, bright and well maintained. This year, the same decor appeared dull and in need of some TLC. As we initially travelled with my grown up daughter, we requested a family room, for the first time. We found the room exactly the same size as double rooms we had previously used, with an extra bed pushed into the space. For 3 adults this was a slight squeeze in space and the 3rd bed appeared not to be of the quality of the other 2. Smaller things, we noticed were missing this year or not working as well as in previous holidays. In the VIP area, a newspaper used to be provided every morning, this was not the case this year. One of the jacuzzi in the area, did not work and some of the jets were missing. This meant most people tried the 2nd jacuzzi, making the water murky. A piece if wood around the other jacuzzi area was split, making it raised , therefore a trip hazzard with screws lose. The double sunbeds in the area, lay unused during the week, therefore taking up room. Other people who we spoke to, our friends, who we usually holidayhere with and had been ther the week before us,this year, also raised concerns regarding the price rise, and again the tiredness of the hotel itself. Most staff were the same as in previous years and you could not fault their commitment to provide people with a great holiday. The only staff member we found slightly abrupt was an older lady, we also recognised from previous years, who worked on the downstairs bar, and appeared to dislike people and often banged your drink on the bar, with some spilling. On the whole, the holiday was amazing, especially spending it with family. We were going to book for next year, again with our friends, however will wait to decide, following these small niggles, and dependent on price charged next year as it its not a cheap holiday as we feel if things decline further then an alternative may need to be considered. Well done to most of the staff at this hotel, who go out of their way to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

Massive hotel with one really small pool and a tiny baby pool Majority of the staff are the most miserable people I’ve ever met, I know people can be hard to deal with but made me and my family feel a bit uncomfortable, the animation team mostly fantastic Food awful, all inclusive can be a bit repetitive but this was a joke, very limited salad, bed, meat, just pasta and pizza… and chicken wings Rooms clean and cleaned daily, towels changed Only one lift working the whole week we were there, lot of walkyup and down stairs, if your past the 3rd good luck! Definitely would not come back ☹️
