Very good hotel we Kober it with my friend, we had so good time with all the animation team, thanks to Elise, Cyril, Iness, Alex, Alexis and younes we really enjoyed all the activities with them Reception and restaurant are really good

Got back yesterday after a 4 night break. Stayed at 2 different hotels in callas de Mallorca over the past 2 years but I must say the Samoa has come out on top. Staff are lovely and polite and always a hello from the cleaning team. Pool area spotless and no problems getting a sunbed. Food was fantastic in my opinion, so much to chose from and the pizza in the snack bar was the best I ever tasted! Beach still as lovely as I remember, bit rough at sea but loads of us still in there jumping the waves like kids🤣. Highly recommend the travellers for milk shakes and cocktails. The Michael Jackson tribute night was absolutely awesome aswell. The hotel does bingo, mini disco and something different after but went out walking in the evenings so can’t comment on what it was like. Rooms were spot on and air con fantastic. Will definitely be back to this hotel, got to get rid of all the weight I put on this time first😂😂

Returned home today from a great holiday at this hotel. Please ignore any negative reviews it’s great The staff are all excellent, reception staff are really helpful and informative. Bar staff work really hard and always smiling and the animation team don’t ever seem to stop, they are fabulous The room was pretty basic but was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large with a bath and overhead shower which was hot each night and really good pressure Dining room is really large with a good selection of food; the only criticism is that it could be warmer but there is a microwave The journey from the airport is about an hour and half I wasn’t keen on the resort but that is only my personal preference However I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Calas de Majorca

I had an absolutely great 3 nights in this hotel, everything was spotlessly clean, the food was varied and enjoyable and the beach was around a 2 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful with any queries and always super friendly.

Me and my partner got extremely ill in this hotel and was confined to our rooms for days. There was two other people on our landing in the toilets being sick etc also. The staffs attitude was horrendous when we asked to keep the room an hour later due to being unwell, we were accused of lying. The food was either extremely over cooked or under, not any options for kids apart from chips. There was no pizza no nuggets etc. pretty much same option every night. The room was tidy the toilet could have been cleaner. The location was good but an hour transfer from the airport. Almost forgot we used the vending machine in the hotel and the items were out of date these were held into reception and they were advised yet the machine was never turned off so I wouldn’t use it or checks dates first. Could go into so much more detail but overall I wouldn’t come back. Entertainment at night was probably the only positive the staff there was nice. I would avoid it’s the worse place I have visited yet. Also we were all inclusive which means you get one token for one drink at a time, your not allowed a straw with all inclusive as that’s for paying guests only even though we had paid for all inclusive so made to feel like lower class as if we had win a holiday and paid for nothing. Place needs to rethink some of their guest approaches.
