⭐️⭐️ The room was okay and perfectly fine for our two-night stay, as we were visiting while cycling. Unfortunately, we weren’t overly impressed with the buffet food, which could have been better. We appreciate that it was towards the end of the season, so perhaps this had an impact. Overall, it was an okay stay for a couple of nights, but there were definitely areas that could be improved.

Just had a lovely week at the Simar fabulous location very friendly staff and we met some lovely people from all over the world only disappointing thing was the food was hit and miss but apart from that we had a fantastic time and will be definitely returning

After four lovely days here, we are genuinely so sad to be leaving. What started with a couple of little hiccups quickly turned into such a wonderful stay, thanks entirely to the kindness, care and attention of the management and staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and from the moment we spoke to them, they went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. This trip was particularly special to us as we were here to celebrate my daughter Caitlin’s birthday, and I would like to give a huge thank-you to the hotel management for the lovely things they arranged for her. It was incredibly thoughtful and made her birthday feel really special. Those personal touches meant such a lot to both of us and showed just how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. The hotel is in an absolutely beautiful location, but what really makes it special are the people who work here. We have felt so welcome and looked after, and we would thoroughly recommend it. And then there is Krystal from the animation team, who deserves a very special thank-you all of her own. Krystal, you have been an absolute joy. Your energy, kindness, humour and the way you make time for absolutely everyone is something very special. From the smallest children to the oldest guests, you somehow manage to make every single person feel included and welcome. You have an incredible natural talent for what you do, and if there is a career to be made in entertainment and animation, we genuinely believe you will go far. But more importantly, you are simply a beautiful person with a huge heart. Thank you, Krystal, for the laughs, the conversations, the fun and for being such a memorable part of our holiday. People may forget the little details of a hotel, but they never forget the people who made them smile — and we will absolutely remember you. We sincerely hope our paths cross again one day. Please never lose that wonderful sparkle of yours. ❤️ A huge thank-you to the management, Krystal and every member of staff at the Cima for giving us four days filled with genuinely happy memories. We are leaving with smiles on our faces, some wonderful memories — and a real wish that we didn’t have to go home! We will most definitely be back. ❤️

Globales SIMAR…Cala San Vicente, Majorca. I Loved everything about our 7day holiday, The staff were all amazing, hotel was lovely and clean and comfortable beds gave me my best sleep ever. Entertainment was what made our holiday extra special, Thanks to Krystal and Margori, the day at the pool was perfect, with added activities ie:-pool yoga, archery, bowls, and Shula, to name just a few. The entertainment in the evening also organised by Krystal and Margori, was a perfect end to the day, and so relaxed that although I’m no singer, I actually sang Karaoke one evening. Krystal helped me to relax and just do it…The bar staff kept us refreshed throughout the day and evening, and were all lovely, I wish I had remembered more of their names, Ainhoa and Paula, were on the bars, in the restaurant and various other parts of the hotel, and as with all the other staff were always smiling, very helpful and very quick at whatever they were doing. My special thanks go out to the pool attendant that (although ready to go home after his busy day) put his head in the pool as he could see something yellow at the bottom of the pool, which he thought may be my misplayed/lost ring from my finger.. it turned out it wasn’t, but good news was my ring was found on the floor in my room. I honestly can say that all the staff were very experienced very friendly and helpful at all times and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving my partner and myself a perfect holiday, my best ever. So much so that I have already booked again for my holiday with you again next year. I am looking forward to seeing you all again then. Thank you all very very much. Coming to the end of a one week stay and we would definitely return. The accommodation is clean, well serviced and very comfortable. Pool, bar, loungers … all fabulous. Beautiful views from the room and the terraces. The food has been exceptional and far exceeds other all Inclusive stays elsewhere. Travelling with a coeliac can be painful but no worries here. Extensive range of options at breakfast lunch and dinner. All dishes clearly labelled for allergens. Staff super helpful if we were unsure about it being gf. Super healthy food if you choose to take it. Don’t expect a gf dessert beyond fruit but the choice of fruit outweighs any gf alternative. Truly a gem of a hotel in a beautiful location. We have loved every minute (and every meal!)
