This was by far one of the best 3-star hotels we have stayed at for quite some time, and good value for money; the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a view over the lake, and was cleaned every day by a lovely couple of ladies. Only one minor complaint: there was no kettle in the room, my wife found the bed quite hard, but it is what you get used to. I slept well, even though you could hear the neighbours at times. The hotel was well placed for the beach and local shops, only a short walk away. We found the food to be of good quality, as were the all-inclusive drinks. It was our first trip to Majorca, would we go again, yes, would we stay at the same hotel, yes.

We’ve just returned from a stay at this Grupotel and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. While the hotel is rated as 3 stars, much of the promotional material and pricing suggested a higher standard — and it really didn’t deliver. The food was the biggest letdown: repetitive, bland, and lacking variety. As all-inclusive guests, we expected to be able to enjoy the food onsite, but ended up eating out most days, which completely defeated the point. The room was small and dated, with fraying towels and linen, and extremely uncomfortable beds. While the staff were friendly and did try to help by adding quilted mattress protectors, the key issues remained unresolved. There was also a strong smell of sewage around the pool area, which made it difficult to relax outdoors — not what you expect when you’re trying to enjoy a sunny break. In terms of atmosphere, we also felt that the hotel is much more suited to an older age group. As a younger couple, we found there was very little entertainment or activity on offer that appealed to us — bingo nights and low-key events didn’t really suit our interests, and we couldn’t see how it would suit families with children either. It just lacked energy and variety. After four nights, we made the decision to change hotels entirely — at our own cost — spending over £1,000 to salvage the rest of our holiday. And honestly, thank goodness we did. The difference in comfort, quality, and experience was like night and day. Sadly, we couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, modern, or enjoyable all-inclusive experience.

Location, staff, food was brilliant. However the beds need replacing, the springs were so uncomfortable. My husband swapped sides with me but on the last night I swapped pack. In the morning I had severe back pain and he had to help me out of bed.
