Beautiful,spacious modern rooms ,delicious food very helpful staff at the reception

This hotel is wonderful. Decorated beautifully. The dining room is spacious and spotless. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of quality items. Location is perfect . Near the beach without having to use steos. Every member of staff we engaged with was friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many five star hotels which were not as good as this hotel. We had a wonderful 10 days, highly revommend

We arrived late to check in as we had a late flight. Check-in was okay, but no water or any refreshment was offered; we had to ask for a pot of tea. Breakfast is busy, and the layout is not good. You have to walk back and forth to get dishes, etc. It closes at 10:30 sharp, to the extreme of them flashing lights for people to leave. For the room, you use an app to request basics like towels, a bed change, and for the room to be tidied. The service at the restaurant near the pool is not good. We had to order a drink and then wait to order food as the kitchen could not handle all orders. The pool is nice, but the lifeguard towel guys have terrible manners. They spend the majority of their time on the phone and blow their whistle off-time over a float being in the pool. It seems some days you're allowed a float, other days you're not. It's very close to the beach. Outside the hotel, there is a free bus service to take you around the loop. We found this ourselves as the hotel never mentioned this or any information regarding activities or local interests. Our room had ants coming in the door. I reported it to reception, and the cleaner came and sprayed the room with a disgusting spray to kill the ants. They still came in as there are massive gaps in the door. Do not take tea or coffee from breakfast; they treated me like I was trying to smuggle an exotic animal. Due to its location, this hotel is busy, but it's like a conveyor belt. It's not cheap, and it's just not good enough for the money. • The hotel had issues with late check-in, breakfast layout and strict closing, app-based room service, and poor restaurant service. • Lifeguards at the nice pool were rude. • While close to the beach with a free bus service (undisclosed by the hotel), rooms had ant problems due to door gaps. • Guests were reprimanded for taking breakfast items. • Overall, the expensive hotel felt like a busy, impersonal conveyor belt, not worth the cost.

Absolutely amazing hotel that myself and my family have been going to for over 42 years now. It has recently been refurbished, and now has a spa, which is really lovely. The rooms have been refurbished too, and are very modern, clean, and come with all of the amenities that you need for your stay. The public areas are also very clean and have been refurbished to a high standard. The staff, especially Miquel in the buffet (who we know well), Igor, and Pilar, and the pool bar staff, are all very friendly and give a personal touch making you feel like an important guest. The food is delicious, we were half board, so breakfast and dinner, and there is so much choice. The pools are all lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is literally a 5-minute walk and in a beautiful secluded bay, we never tire of those views. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance, and Cala D'or is only a 20-minute taxi ride away. We just love this hotel.........we always cry when we leave, and we are always so happy when we come back, it just feels like home. Can't wait for our next visit and would highly recommend!!

The hotel appears to have been renovated on a very low budget. The poor quality of the renovation is obvious, with visible paint drips, cracks on the balcony, and imperfections throughout the room. When we entered our room, we were greeted by a dirty, splattered mirror, which gave a very poor first impression and made us question the overall cleanliness. Another disappointing detail is that the hotel still uses towel cards, and to make matters worse, they are just paper cards, which feel outdated and inconvenient. The price is completely unjustified for the quality offered. In my opinion, this is not a four-star hotel. A four-star hotel should provide a higher standard of comfort and amenities. At the very least, guests should expect a kettle with tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, quality toiletries including body lotion, excellent cleanliness, well-maintained rooms, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this hotel falls short in all of these areas. Overall, the hotel is clearly not worthy of its four-star rating. The facilities, room quality, and overall guest experience do not match either the advertised standard or the price being charged.
