Grupotel Los Principes & Spa

Our third visit in 9 years, and there’s much to recommend. While you can tell in places that it’s a long time since the last full refurbishment, the hotel is kept spotless by the friendly housekeeping team. We opted for an apartment this time, and while advertised as a partial sea view it was beautiful! The balcony had a side sea view, but mainly faced onto secluded gardens between the apartment blocks, making for a shaded and very private spot to sit. The bedroom however had an incredible view across the bay. The dining room was busy, but never crowded, with lovely attentive and cheerful staff. The cooking stations were a bit repetitive, but the fish was so fresh and beautiful I really didn’t mind one bit! There is a stand out station for something different and special every night, and these were always excellent. The buffet is constantly refreshed and has a good variety, and while breakfast is the same every day there’s so much choice there’s no need to repeat anything if you don’t want to. We have both gained weight this week! Parking is sometimes busy, as folks come from all over for the beautiful beach. Loungers on the lawns are plentiful, so no need to hire one on the beach unless you really want to. All in all a very lovely place for a beach holiday, and lots of places to visit within an hours journey if the mood takes you. There’s a water fit class most days in the pool, not my thing but folks looked to be having fun. The pool area is otherwise very chilled out and relaxed, with a nice cafe. We will no doubt visit again!

We stayed 4 nights Sept 8-12 2026 for our 30th anniversary. We had an apartment with bed and separate living room, kitchenette and a nice big patio facing the sea. It was a great location. the beach was beautiful. They had lots of chairs for all their guest to sit out either by the beach or by any one of their pools. There is a wonderful pool/beachside restaurant open until 4 with good food and easy to get whatever you wanted to eat during the day. They had evening entertainment which was campy and fun at 9pm every night. Overall I would rate this hotel a 3.5. Even though the room had great space and amazing location, everything was super outdated. The phone didn’t work, they didn’t provide any water or anything in the room. The beds were so hard, we dreaded going to sleep every night because if we slept we would be so sore every morning. The other real disappointment of the place was the staff. The maids just walk in without knocking at weird random times of the day. Twice we were changing for going to the beach and one time after while we were cleaning up, they just walk in. Even after we mentioned it to the front desk it would continue to happen. We had to ask the front desk to have the maid take out the garbage by the 2nd day because she hadn’t. So for all the times they came into our room they didn’t do much cleaning. They didn’t change the sheets, just pulled up the sheet to make it. There were several situations where they just were not helpful and they were rude. They often made us feel like every ask was an inconvenience. Whether we needed more towels, to calling us a cab and then not letting us know the cab driver would be late even though when we went back to check there was a note about the time difference. Overall, we like the location of where the hotel was , but we would not ever go back or recommend it to anyone.

We went to Los Príncipes on the 14 of August and stayed for a week . We went with our 2 teenage boys and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The location of hotel is great , right on the beach. Beach is beautiful , green , with floor , no deep , sandy beach and perfect for families . The buffets both breakfast and evenings were delicious . Plenty of selection and also lots of healthy options . They also has seeds , cereal fruits warm bread eggs etc . For £20 euro / person the evening buffet was a great value for money . El Señor Mario was great always running the restaurant hall very organised and really engaging with us . All staff were great as well from young Gabriel to the Peruvian lady Barbara , everyone was fantastic . Rooms were very comfortable, we ordered 2 and the cleaning staff goes daily . Showers were very good lots of great water power and wide shower . The restaurant in the pool was delicious and reasonable prices good portions . The only reason is not 5 : additional facilities like gym for example very limited . Gym needs to be developed , very small and the dumbbells were not well kept . Photo is misleading . The air con in my children’s room was not the best and their room was too warm for a couple of days however they were able to fix it . But is centralised. And finally they charge you for water . There’s no free water or a free water filter anywhere . Even if they don’t do inclusive drinks, water should be free . Only during breakfast it was feee . So we had to buy water in supermarket ( that is only 2 min walk ). Thank you we loved our stay .

Returned to this jewel of a hotel in Majorca. Enjoyed a week with my husband and then daughters and partners joined us for a further week. Amenities excellent. The staff are wonderful from Lilliana, who cleaned our room to perfection to martyn and jefesala who are professional and friendly when serving. Thank you to George and Maria in reception, you make our stay so special. However, the star has to be Jonathan, the wonderful chef. One of our daughters has a dairy allergy and the attention and care he showed was exemplary. The deserts he served to her each night were a dream. Thank you. Excellent food, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, look no further . We will return xx

Very good experience as usual. Clean well organised family orientated hotel. Good food which is replenished a grill and a lot of variety especially the salad bar. There is an on site restaurant for lunch if you want it. All pools are pristine and there is a lifeguard. Receptionists and all staff are always friendly and helpful.
