Grupotel Montecarlo

Such a fantastic hotel lovely staff, great food and drinks. Service is excellent and the staff are so friendly. Really enjoyed my time there.

Everything was great. And the most important: very friendly people working absolutely professional in the hotel. Marvellous cooking in the restaurant!

Had a really good holiday at the Montecarlo. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean with extremely efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel's staff. The food on offer is very varied and of excellent quality, especially for someone like myself who suffers from a severe garlic and onion allergy. The head chef went above and beyond to make sure that I could make informed choices on food options to keep me safe; he would cook a garlic/onion free option for me if non were available on the day. The reason I have rated the hotel good rather than excellent is solely down to the swimming pool. This is unsuitable for anyone that is not a strong swimmer or confident in the water. The pool has no real shallow end. I regard myself as a strong swimmer, so not a real problem for myself. However, the pool becomes very deep as soon as you have entered the water via the steps. I'm 5'10" tall and the water was up to my neck after a couple of steps. For non and novice swimmers, the Can Picafort beach is a much better alternative, where one can paddle or walk quite a way out without being out of ones depth or comfort zone.

I’m visiting Mallorca every year for around a week to get relaxed and enjoy lovelly weather and food.This Year I choose Montecarlo for short distance to sea and amazing reviews.From very beginning I was very happy and hole stay was fantastic.Food - unbelievable! I get room on top floor with poor bed and bathroom, also was constantly sunny - roof so I couldn’t enjoy my afternoon coffee on balcony - heat around 12-13 was 42 degrees;( .After one day I decided to ask for change and was very happy cos reception sort it out for me without any problem instantly and for no extra charge for much better room.very good communication with reception and hotel staff.Definitely will come again and refer to all my friends.Thank You so much.One of the best visit in Spain!

We had a fabulous week staying at this hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the pool was perfectly cool with a great bar next to it. We also really enjoyed the area and the hotel is in a great position to explore the whole town and not have too far to walk.
