Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

Excellent accommodation. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is provided daily, and the rooms are always kept spotless and tidy. We were very satisfied with the overall comfort and quality. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing, making it a great place for a family holiday. The only minor downside was that some noise from the hallway could occasionally be heard inside the room, but overall it did not significantly affect our stay.

This was our first time staying here, and we had a fantastic time. We opted for the bed and breakfast package, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of breakfast options. There was everything from fresh fruit, cereals, and different types of eggs, to sausages, meats, cheeses, breads, and pastries. It was great to see that everything was replenished quickly when it ran out, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and polite. A special shoutout to Jose in the restaurant, who always made our mornings pleasant with his warm welcome. Our room was cleaned regularly, and there were plenty of clean towels available. The pool was well-maintained and clean. During peak times, it was busier due to the heat, but we never felt overcrowded, which was a nice change from some other places we've stayed. We also enjoyed the activities around the pool during the day—they added a fun touch to our stay. The evening entertainment was enjoyable too, especially for families with younger children. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which boasts the clearest water and plenty of amenities. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the port for even more dining options. Overall, we had such a positive experience and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Beautiful location with a 5 minute walk to the beach and around 25 minute walk to the shopping area. Great bus services nearby to the old town. Shop across the road from the hotel. Our room was spotless with fresh towels regularly. House keepers have a hard job and do great. Restaurant and reception staff are welcoming. Special mention for Jose, his hospitality and friendly manner meant alot. The food choice could of been better, maybe theme nights. Breakfast are def the better choice. We were all inclusive but would not recommend, i would go back as self catering due to there being no difference in self catering or all inclusive. You still had to pay a small amount extra for certain things mainly drinks. The bar staff (older gentlemen) could of been more friendly as when ordering certain drinks faces being pulled or grunts made arent really what you want on a holiday. Younger staff were enthusiastic and lovely when serving. Pool was great. Great place for a family. Plenty to do water sports wise in alcudia and day trips. TUI reps are helpful, informative and friendly.

This this hotel is a 3 star really is beyond me. I will start with the positives first. The room and pool areas were clean and kept clean. Location wise this was great which is important as you won’t want to spend longer than necessary in the hotel. Short walk or bus ride to port with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Bus stop end of the road which also takes you to old town Alcudia and which is beautiful. The beach is a short walk away and is beautiful. The negatives. The pool is really small and overcrowded. Never a sunbed issue as they are crammed in so close. The pool is like human soup. People are allowed to eat and drink in the pool which is disgusting. The reception and cleaning staff are really unhelpful. There were two single duvets in our room for 4 people. We asked three times for more before we were told “everyone is asking for more and we don’t have any!” Not having enough bedding isn’t acceptable. In addition the quality of sheets and towels was very poor. Holes and very worn items. The food is bad. Just really rubbish quality and lack of any form of variation, we are out mostly. The drinks were Ok but be warned you have to pay extra for Most things if you are AI as there is a premium on a lot of drinks. This hotel is at best 2-3 star and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone sadly.

Hotel was lovely, nice pool, hotel room was quite spacious with large balcony and view over pool. We were 2 adults and 2 children, the bed was comfortable and the kids didn’t moan about the sofa bed. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and were very happy with the variety on offer. We ate out at night and found plenty of nice restaurants. There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel that has everything you need and the staff at the hotel were always very helpful. Room was cleaned regularly and towels changed daily and bins emptied! There was a wardrobe in the living area as well as the bedroom so we were able to unpack all clothes. Air con worked great.
