Hipotels Don Juan

Just back from a week at this lovely hotel. There is really nothing I can fault. From it's location right on the beach to the wonderful friendly efficient staff . We had a sea facing room .. well worth paying the extra for which was clean roomy and had a great bathroom .. fabulous shower . We were bed and breakfast so can't comment on evening meals but the choice at breakfast of really good quality food was immense definitely something for everyone. Also can't forget the live evening entertainment combined with a delicious cocktail great way to end each day . First time at Don Juan definitely won't be our last .

What a wonderful 4nights stay! 2 x 63 yr old ladies in our element!!!! On arrival ,after midnight ,we were escorted straight to the dining room ,while our cases were locked away until we had finished our perfect cold buffet meal with water, that was waiting for us to enjoy. We were then unfortunately given the wrong room by the most apologetic night receptionist . This was a fabulous suite . However we had purposely booked a select room with a sea view. We were reassured that the following morning the problem would be resolved, indeed it was with a complimentary voucher for drinks in the bar. Not expected but very kind. Ivan on reception was extremely polite and friendly, thankyou to him. After this, the holiday was so relaxing. The food was amazing. The room was spotless and the staff could not have been lovelier. Magda was a fabulous entertainment lady, we loved our aqua fit class at 12 o'clock each day. We are already looking to book again next year. Thankyou Don Juan. See you again for sure .

Highly recommended hotel, well worth paying a little bit more for a sea view complete with fabulous sunrise! Pillow menu and coffee machine a nice bonus. If you like tea, take a kettle. Spacious and spotless, great shower and a comfy bed. The food and choice of food was incredible, well worth going half board. The staff were very helpful and professional. Location was outstanding, overlooking the most fabulous beach with crystal clear turquoise water. All in all an excellent experience.

We arrived on 16th april for 7 nights half board. Booked a select double with sea view ( reommend). Super hotel in centre of Cala Millor on seafront with magnificent views of the beach and sunrise. Lovely room with modern furniture and BBC 1, 2, ITV 1,2 plus Skynews. Breafast good choice of cold and hot breafast with a dining room havingstunning views across the seafront. Evening dinner has something for everyone hot and cold. Sweets are stunning. Staff were very pleasant at all meal times. Poolside bar was nice in afternoon with snacks and drinks available. Again nice staff. We used small indoor pool several times and was better after 4pm when sunshine enters. Evening entertainment was excellent. We had looked at other bars prior to our arrival but found the Calma beach bar ,part of the hotel , with great singers every nightfrom 20.15 until 10pm Bar staff efficient. Main shopping strret one block away. Bus stop 5 mins away. Monday market 7 mins walk. We walked along seafront every day north and south. Walked to Cala Bona twice. Nice 20mins walk. Bus to Sa Coma 3 euros. Overall tjis hotel is superb. Clean and lovely staff. We were leaving for home at 7am on thursday and reception phoned on wed evening to say a cold buffet and coffee was avaiable for us on thurd morning. Nice touch

Where do we start with a review of this hotel…. Every single staff member that we came into contact with were nothing short of exceptional, reception, pool, bar, breakfast, room…..all of them! Rooms are lovely and modern, we had a pool view on the 4th floor….we did ask for a cheeky upgrade upon arrival but it was going to be an additional €30 per night…upon reflection, I wish I’d done it! The sunrise is something else but we set our alarms early one morning and went to the beach which is directly outside the hotel. The breakfast was really lovely with lots on offer….yoghurts, fruit, cold meats, pastries, hot breakfast..literally everything you need, the views from the terrace made it extra special. The hotel has a great Beach bar, Calma….perfect for afternoon drinks, snacks and evening entertaining was amazing! The Hotel is located centrally to lots of bars and restaurants within close proximity but we also walked daily to nearby Cala Bona which was equally as picturesque. Some places we enjoyed: La Sangria - Paella, pizza and sangria 👌🏼 Coconut shack - hanging kebabs 🥙 Cheers bar - great atmosphere and staff 🍻 Waikiki - great cocktails 🍹 Janet & Johns, Cala Bona - great staff, very good value for money! Fantastic sangria 🍷 Smithy’s, Cala Bona - great pint of Guinness 🤣 Mint, Cala Bona - lovely views and drinks Thank you Hipotel Don Juan for a fantastic 5 day break, we will be back 🥰
