Hipotels Don Juan

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, but the food was a real let down no imagination very repetitive, and once a dish had gone it wasn't replaced. We asked if there would be anymore chicken one day and was told it's all gone, I would definitely not book evening meal at this hotel

Just had 10 days at this hotel. Apprehensive before arriving as the hotel had just been completed. Nothing to worry about it was fine. We had a sea view room on the first floor which came with a huge balcony and 2 sunbeds, table and chairs. Not sure if rooms above were furnished this way as they had smaller balconies. Rooms spacious, not a lot of storage and disappointed there was no kettle (took our own). Never a problem getting a sunbed (could be different in school hols.) There was some lovely whicker pods round the pool but beware you have to pay for them. The main block of the hotel is tall so certain areas of the pool are shaded. Lovely dining room, you could eat in or on a terrace overlooking the sea. Plenty of choice of food, but not hot enough. Lovely bar area with evening entertainment. Never had a problem getting served. Hotel is central., faces the sea and the street behind plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Very enjoyable holiday.

NOT a 4* hotel. No room service. Sauna did not work/wasn’t turned on when you are paying for these facilities. Double bed was two single mattresses pushed together. Wanted a deposit for a clothing iron. Evening service at the bar is so slow due to none hotel residents joining the bar area making it busy. Balcony was never cleaned as we stayed in sea view room. Hotel was NOT secure. Any member of the public could walk in. Didn’t have to scan key cards to active the lift or access other doors, pool area etc. The one and only time we were asked to show our key cards was to use the toilets. Had to ask reception for beach towels as they weren’t a given in the rooms.

A well-equipped facility with every comfort, and the staff is kind and helpful. The 24-hour reception is very convenient. Due to an emergency, we had to cut our stay short, and even though it wasn’t required, we were refunded for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place.

Very good hotel. It's a two-minute walk from the sea. Kind staff who will always help. Cozy rooms and clean pool. Large selection of food and drinks. Every evening there is a show or music, so you won't be bored.
