Beautiful apartments clean and spacious. Balconies have glass fronts very safe with great views of wonderful safe beach. This is our second time here and would highly recommend families with their children and other members. We had a Seaview room. Lots of apartments all have various block numbers stretch right along lovely promenade lined with Palm Trees and Mediterranean plants. 3 pools. Excellent breakfast catering for all tastes with chefs cooking omelette and pancakes. Lots of sunbeds available. Kids clubs and entertainment. For adults only there's a hotel. Altogether Sacoma and apartments excellent. We had once again a fantastic stay and lots of photos to remember. My grandchildren where 6 and 14 both loved their stay. Just a tip apartments 3 floors and no lift but wasn't a problem for us on 1st floor. The ground floor has apartments which open up to well kept gardens and trees.

Just got back from a week here. One bedroom hotel room lovely, good facilities (fridge, microwave, pots/pans, hob etc). We got a sea view room which was gorgeous. Room cleaned to a high spec every day other than Thursday. Great location, beach front and close to good selection of restaurants/ bars / supermarkets. We stayed B&B basis. Breakfast had lots of choice, continental, cooked, fruits, cereals, fresh bread. If you want a nice table outside in the shade you need to get there for 8am otherwise it’s inside which is noisy due to how many people are in there. Pools are lovely, good choice for kids. Always found sunbeds even if we only arrived after lunch. Restaurant/ pool Staff were ok, not overly friendly but not rude. Reception staff very helpful. If you are looking for a chilled family holiday close to the beach I’d definitely recommend.

We had a decent enough vacation, but we absolutely will not be back for two major reasons: - It felt like every second child at this hotel was sick. The sheer volume of coughing and illness among the kids was incredibly alarming and made us question the property's hygiene. - While I understand the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist showed zero empathy when we requested a late check-out for our child, who caught an illness from the hotel's own kids' facilities. Instead of showing any compassion, they thoughtlessly suggested we sit out in the public lobby with a sick child. Being full is an operational reality, but treating a family with such cold indifference after they caught a bug on your property is a choice. Overall, it was a tolerable stay, but we won't come back for sure!!

This was perfect for the kids 1st holiday abroad (aged 7&4). There was a nice family friendly atmosphere and the kids soon made friends. The rooms were as expected and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. We had an issue with the room card on 2nd to last day but this was soon sorted by reception who also helped us book our Safari trip. The staff in the restaurant were very efficient and friendly with the kids. We only used the kids club once but my little girl (7) thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids loved the Minidisco and entertainment and when they wanted a break the park was next to entertainment area. Swimming pools plentiful and the food was ideal for little fussy eaters. Whilst the restaurant got busy we always got sat. Overall thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely consider coming back!

Wow what a brilliant hotel! We recently visited with our children who are 2 and 3 and they had the most amazing time. They catered for everything I would say younger children in particular would want on holiday, it was brilliant for them. Multiple pools, splash area, and of course the area with the small water slides was great if a little crowded. The entertainment was very good, my children looked forward to the mini disco every night and loved seeing Hipi. Everywhere was very clean and tidy, such attention to detail! The food was exceptional, so much choice, something new every day and great quality. I noted all of the housekeeping staff in particular were very friendly. We were on the side of the road closest to the beach, so you have to walk across the road to the main restaurant but this did not bother us. The beach is beautiful. It is very family friendly so unless you have children may not be the best fit. I was also a little disappointed to see sunbeds being reserved (in particular on the Sunday for family day) as I had read that this was not allowed and thought it would be enforced. And yes, I had read that mealtimes can be a little noisy and a bit crowded but if you have small children this all becomes white noise! And honestly was not as bad as I had expected. We enjoyed our holiday here so much we are already planning our next trip here!
