Location is really good, we are happy with it. Room is very smelly I think smell comes from toilet. Food is not really good but acceptable. Drinks they charged us extra. And around this area things are expensive we paid for small pack of plaster 5€ , if you coming with children please bring your own it’s pricey

We had some parts that we loved and some that were quite disturbing. I'll start with thr good parts first: - loved out big spatious room. We were booked a seeaview 1 room app and it was perfect. A beautifuk patio where the kids played and it was right near the beach. - brautiful white soft sanded beach but a bit windy in september. Also, the sunbeds were crazy expensive (36£ for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella). - we loved all the kids facilities, pools, playground and the disco night for kids were just so expected. What we were not pleased with: - the food was very good, but there were always so much quee and way too many people gathering to eat and it took us very long time to take food. Also it was hard to find a table. Do not recommend booking a table at the a la carte restant. It is the same food, but less options. - lots of loud british and german people. They were disturbing a bit because of the noise they use to make. - during our naps (13-15 o clock) the cleaning ladies were very active and they were talking sooo loudly that the kids could barely sleep. They were talking to each other from two different rooms while cleaning. Really disturbing. Would never recommend the hotel to someone without kids. It was manly destined to be there with kids. Other than the minuses, the hotel is clean and offer great stuff for familes. Staff is nice. -

Hadn't heard of Sa Coma before and seen the hotel online so decided to give it a go as we're keen to see more of Mallorca. Its a very big complex. Many different areas with maps provided. You can probably imagine when we checked at reception and was advised to cross the road and go behind Bobby's Bar had me thinking "wait a second, where?". Our apartment ended up being in Building 24, probably the furthest away from the lovely hotel on the beach photos you see online. Nonetheless it was very close to all the kids stuff which probably worked out better in the end. Meal times were chaotic, a lot of "well I've paid for it so" attitude, very little structure to the queuing system, people jumping fences to get the outdoor tables, no real order at all and for the stress of it all the food was just ok resulting in us having dinne out a few nights. The reservation restaurant La Finca provides a lot less chaos but same average food but the staff there are fantastic. I think next time we know what to expect so we can prepare better. A bit of consistency is welcome also, I don't know what the correct method is but some staff refuse to give you anymore than a small paper cup whilst others ask if you'd large plastic pint then you go back and ask for a large and you get refused, it's a bit all over the place. Rooms are a bit beaten up, could probably do with a freshen up. The splash park was a hit, the activities and entertainment was good. Every 3rd shop on the street is a Spar incase you need anything. Great location for sports bars, family restaurants and the beach. The QR codes around the place are great to get anything booked or arranged. Overall a great time was had, the above is just a few suggestions. We will consider returning.

Nice hotel. suitable for families. expectations met. divided into 2 parts by the main road. Nice beach and sea. Only one hour from airport with so many markets and restaurant. Better for family.

I would recommend to stay here but only if you dont have fussy eating children like myself. Before we came here I had read a few new reviews which did worry me so im going to give mine the best I can. This is for a 7 night stay 1- staff I cannot fault any of the staff they have been amazing and very polite, I am British and Before coming here I read a few reviews that said if you were British the staff were rude, that was not the case for us, and the entertainment staff were lovely! Paula was my daughters favourite. 2- rooms We had a ground fall room which was great because we had 3 kids, the hotel provided a cot and a pop up bath for the shower which was great, the cleaners came everyday apart from Thursday. Overall room was perfect the only downfall was the pillows they are to soft so after a couple days our neck was hurting. 3- pools We only went to the kids slash pool which is in the hotel opposite the main hotel. Again it was great but was annoying to have to keep going across the road instead of it being in the hotel we were staying at. The pool itself was clean and the kids enjoyed it. Only downfall was we had to watch our kids toys as other people's children would come and try and take the toys even tried to take them out of our pushchair, each day it was a different child and the parents would never say anything. 4- food Now this wasn't good for us as the menu each day was the roughly the same so it was very limited and boring, there wasn't a different option for the kids so if your child is like mine and lives off Nuggets then this isnt the place for you, everyday options was basically rice and chicken which was to dry to cut or eat and the cakes all tasted the same I would recommend a place just down the road to eat called new happy bar we ended up going there for food the last few nights as it did kids meals which they loved. It was limited for the adults but the meals were lovely and staff were friendly. 5- lastly if your are British you won't really see anyone else who is, during our stay we only seen 3/4 other families who were everyone else was either French or German so it was hard for my daughter to make any friends and the staff would assume you were French or German as they would speak to you in that language. Overall the kids had a lovely stay which was all that mattered but we sadly wouldn't return as the hotel wasn't really for us unfortunately but that is just our experience
