Hipotels Mediterraneo Club

We stayed at Hipotels Mediterreneo Club in July 2026 and were very impressed. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the all inclusive food options are varied and they were able to cater to dietary requirements for my wife and son who have Coeliac Disease. Buffet-style all inclusive is often difficult for them due to cross-contamination risk, but the chef Miguel met us on the first night and explained every dish in detail, then made Coeliac friendly pizza and fries in a dedicated oven and fryer. The staff are all very friendly and speak multiple languages fluently (Spanish, English, German, French). The beach is a 1 minute walk out the back of the hotel and there are 4 different pools to use as well. They have shows on each evening and ping pong and pool tables. The partner hotel (Hipotels Mediteraneo for adults only 200m down the road) has a small gym with a smith machine, cables, benches and cardio equipment and can be accessed for those staying here. We went to the Cuevas Del Drach (15 min taxi away costing €13-18) and hired bikes on the seafront to cycle to the next town along, Cala Millor. There are arcades and souvenir, sports and convenience shops all just outside the hotel too. All in all, we would be very happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel's location is fantastic, and our sea-view apartment was absolutely incredible – waking up to that view every morning was a highlight of the trip. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast restaurant. The selection and variety of food were excellent, but unfortunately the noise level was extremely high. I measured it with my phone and recorded nearly 90 dB (89.8 dB), which made breakfast feel quite stressful rather than relaxing. I tried breakfast on two different mornings and experienced the same noise level both times. As a result, I chose to skip breakfast for the rest of the week. That said, this was the only drawback during an otherwise excellent stay. The beautiful location, stunning sea views, and outstanding staff far outweighed this issue. Overall, a great hotel that I would definitely recommend.

We reserved and we're confirmed by the reception a private airport transfer through the hotel 2 days before leaving. Our Pickup uptime set at 10.45 AM, Checked out around 10.25 so we'll in advance. Standing at the pickup point right opposite the hotel entrance 3 buses landed within 10 mins and none of them had the reservation with our name. Started to get a bi anxious since it's a past hour journey to the airport. Got back to the reception and Javier helped us trying his absolute best spending long on the phone reaching out the bus company and find out. After draining time was told that a driver claimed they were there at 10.49 and we weren't there saying they had a photo.(Huge lie) Where would we be after being 20 mins earlier to pickup up time for an airport transfer if not waiting at the pickup point? Eventually was handed money back which we didn't accept and was told they said you weren't there, we can't do anything. Shocking! Asked to.speak to the manager and that's where the best part happened. When asked his name I was answered with a giggle face where he said his name followed by " My name is vey well known here.... Chest out, arrogant, no seeming to care about solve this issue for the guests, honestly shameful!! All I was asking was to provide the service paid for and arrange an airport transfer without having to pay a taxi for double fare. Was refused and told we needed to reach out to the bus company and I was like I don't even know their business name, I reserved through the hotel, you guys need to look after us if something this bad happens, got a flight to catch Please don't make it even worse now. When I asked to show me the CCTV where driver turned up and we weren't outside the spot was told by Mr Manuel Jesús Oh yes I can, it's your time, I have all day It's your time you need to catch a flight and got laughed at my face while my partner was shaking and in tears. Honestly, all this with such an unprofessional behaviour and awful problem solving by the man,I just gave up and had to pay for a private transfer to get is to the airport. Also, Please everyone be aware that they promote airport transfer with this company they partner with advertising it as an airport shuttle but it is a big bus indeed taking you no much shorter time at all to the destination than a cheaper public bus. However great hotel and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately the Director/manager cares more about ruining guests experience with very poor problem solving skills than the hotel reputation. What a sad hard feeling, won't be back there.

Everything was very good. The food and the programs were perfect. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend it to families. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful apartments clean and spacious. Balconies have glass fronts very safe with great views of wonderful safe beach. This is our second time here and would highly recommend families with their children and other members. We had a Seaview room. Lots of apartments all have various block numbers stretch right along lovely promenade lined with Palm Trees and Mediterranean plants. 3 pools. Excellent breakfast catering for all tastes with chefs cooking omelette and pancakes. Lots of sunbeds available. Kids clubs and entertainment. For adults only there's a hotel. Altogether Sacoma and apartments excellent. We had once again a fantastic stay and lots of photos to remember. My grandchildren where 6 and 14 both loved their stay. Just a tip apartments 3 floors and no lift but wasn't a problem for us on 1st floor. The ground floor has apartments which open up to well kept gardens and trees.
