Iberostar Selection Playa de Palma

Very nice hotel, tasty food, everything clean and the LUKAS is top and his earing are very original.

Face Mask, Aquagym und Mojito mit Lukas waren TOP.

An amazing hotel. We are staying here now and this has completely lived up to our expectations of Iberostar Star Prestige. Our suite is incredible with beachfront views and the Star prestige rooftop pool and terrace are simply breathtaking. The staff at the hotel could not do more for you. Special mention to Pedro at the RoofTop terrace - so warm and friendly a credit to the hotel and Iberostar. The food is stunning at the Playa Blanca restaurant as are the wonderful staff there. Our room is being kept immaculate by the housekeeping team. We are having the best time here and will be back. Cannot recommend this hotel enough it is another level! A jewel in the crown of the Iberostar hotel group.

Fantastic idea to learn the basics of the Spanish language. Lesson with Lucas was fun interesting and very well presented absolutely 5 star. *****

My wife and I have just spent a most enjoyable week at the Iberostar Playa de Palma hotel, Majorca. The room was excellent with a great view of the sea and coast. It was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The swimming pool was very good and although many guests had an irritating habit of reserving sunbeds, it was usually possible to find two vacant beds. The hotel is splendidly located opposite a bus stop where it is possible to catch a bus for Palma, the Aquarium and the airport. However it is people who make the world go round and here this hotel also triumphs. All the staff we met were cheerful, friendly and helpful. On our arrival Valeriy greeted us with a very warm welcome and Felicity explained very clearly what we needed to know. She was also very helpful on future occasions when we enquired about 2027. Daniela was also very helpful when we enquired about room options for next year. Laura in the restaurant was most attentive, friendly and very efficient. We bumped into Jose on a number of occasions and he explained very clearly the best places to visit in Palma. Alessandro and Paula were also very helpful. Ana in the Spa provided us with an excellent massage. We both enjoyed the Spanish lesson given by Lukas and greatly appreciated his notes. Our overall impression was that all the staff enjoy working at the hotel and that they want to do their best to give the guests a great time, which is what we had. We have already booked a room for 2027!
