Great staff. Hotel clean. All good. Good hotel for people with young kids.

Very unfriendly manager in the beach bar restaurant. The restaurant was empty and we wanted to have some drinks 🍹 but he said only for clients who stay in this hotel ☹️ So we left…. Now I understand why this hotel is not doing as it should do….like the other nice friendly beach bars.

Wow what a great hotel! Absolutely perfect if you have young children. They literally have thought of everything and can even hire essential items for free (such as bed rails, toilet seats, potty’s, strollers etc) the hotel itself is super friendly the staff are all lovely and welcoming. The hotel is super clean and the rooms ( we had a family sea view) was wonderful, we had a lovely view over the pool and onto the beach which is directly joined onto the hotel. The pools (whilst cold as it’s April) were still good to swim in and my child loved the children’s pool and slides! They have a good variety of depths again, making it very child safe. No need to pack towels either as you get to use pool towels and the room is cleaned every day and you get fresh towels every day. The food is incredible! Honestly the best I’ve ever been to abroad. Really fresh and good variety. Great drinks from the bar with proper spirits and glasses. The beach is sandy and shallow and clean. Good prices for the sun loungers at the beach as well. Having an all day rate and a half day rate. Lovely beach bar area where you can watch a few shows from or just chill with your family to the sound of the waves. I absolutely would return again and look forward to going back in the future!

Lovely week at Iberostar Waves. Impressed with the quality of staff around the hotel, everyone was friendly, patient and had a smile on their faces. We had a very pleasant welcome from Oliwia, who very impressively spoke English, Spanish and Polish which allowed us to communicate in our native languages. She was very helpful, informative - true treasure to the hotel, thank you. Facilities were good, nice pools with slides but cold in April; didn’t stop our children from having fun! Beach bar and access straight from hotel which we made the most of. Our rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels everyday. Aircon was hit and miss but not much of an issue during our stay. All inclusive - variety of choices each night. Theme nights each evening, Mexican was our favourite. Good selection of cold meats and sea food daily. Restaurant can get busy at peak time, but for a group of 8 we still managed to get tables together. Easy bus links to Alcudia and Palma from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.
