Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park

Wow - what a great experience we had! We have been on several all inclusive hotels in Spain and other countries, but this hotel was hands down the best all inclusive we have been to. The facilities were great, the variation and quality of food was exceptional but what really gave us a 5-star experience was the staff. Super service minded, professional and friendly. There are two people that really stood out: - Pepe at the restaurant. He gave us close to a Guide Michelin experience from a service perspective. Great with the premium wines (very good selection to be an all inclusive hotel), amazing service and really went the extra miles to make sure our experience was the best. He was so kind to our daughter as well. He made us feel special and so welcomed. His amazing service made us look forward to each breakfast, lunch and dinner! - Montse in the roof top bar. So friendly and loving and really did so much extra to make our daughter comfortable an happy. Great service and this made us spend most of our daylight time around the roof top bar. Thank you so much, Pepe and Monte, for making our vacation the best in many years. With their service, the rest of the staff, great facilities and the location next to the beach made this a 5-star experience! We are coming back!

Everything was perfect specially the food was excellent, the service was excellent too. And the view from the room to the sea was amazing.

Wow, What a hotel. When you check in you are greeted with either water or champagne. I decided to Upgrade to star prestige which I got a good deal. 50 eros a night. definitely worth it for the view, the star prestige lounge, the towels etc. The staff are lovely and always greet you. Now the swimming pools are bound to be cold this time of year, but after 5 minutes it's lovely! I didn't manage to go to the beach as I got poorly through no fault of the hotel. The sunbeds are comfortable and plus size friendly. The food was good, plenty of choice even for fussy eaters like myself. when you're with star prestige you get a notice on your phone when your room is done. and they always made sure the rooms are clean. I'm hoping to come back next year.

Amazing family orientated hotel. I can’t say enough about the lovely experience we had at this hotel. The whole hotel is so child friendly, our kids are quite young and loved the small slides, warm indoor pool and the Star Club. The beach is fabulous and right outside so no trekking to the beach with sandy buggies. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is lovely and fresh, the best we’ve had at an all inclusive resort. Wine also lovely. Special mention to the lovely ladies in the restaurant who are constantly cleaning and making sure the place runs smoothly, always friendly, warm and so kind to our children no matter how big of a mess they made. A credit to the hotel.

We are only day one, but our arrival has been incredible and Yane has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We cant wait for the rest of the week.
