Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park

This was a great family stay, especially for my two sons who are 2.5 and 4.5yrs old. There was endless entertainment throughout the day to keep the kids entertained and my eldest loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club were so good with the kids and it was the first time I was able to leave my son at one - a true testament to the excellent staff there. There were plenty of things for the adults to do during the day from yoga and pilates in the mornings to daily aqua dance in the pool to circuit training or bootcamps in the afternoon. Thank you to the two instructors for always bringing such great energy - Zoe and Baha (can't remember the other instructor's name now!). I wish there were babysitting options available and a creche for younger kids to leave them during the day. The sea was ideal for the kids. Shallow enough for the little ones to splash around with light waves, especially in the mornings and great for ocean swimming for the adults. Food was also varied with various themed dining options every day ranging from seafood to Asian to Middle Eastern. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Where we were let down was the fact that we had some personal belongings stolen in broad daylight on the hotel grounds including my husband's Birkenstocks and my son's beach hat. My husband had left his Birkenstocks right near the small kids pool and after 30mins came back to find them missing. Similar to what happend with my son's beach hat that we left by the sun lounge. So a note of caution, don't leave anything behind that you don't want stolen!

For their outstanding commitments in making our stay enjoyable, we'd love to affirm and commend Yane, Vanessa, Maria Jose, Toni, Mario, David, Isabella, Dalia, Bara, Leidy, and Isabel for their professionalism, understanding, helpfulness, and cheerful smiles as they carry-out their various duties beyond expectation. It's been 10 years of frequent visits here, and we've seen some remarkable updates and improvements, which adds value to the high standards of IberostarWaves Alcudia Park, Mallorca. We've liked the use of Room 5601 Star Prestige with exclusive access to amenities on the 7th floor terrace. We look forward to our next year's visit.

Excellent hotel and staff are absoulety amazing, food was outstanding also, will defintely be back and cannot wait to return. Thank you for helping us to enjoy an excellent holiday!

Waiters very friendly and very professional, very helpful and makes top quality drinks, loves his job and brings joy and excitement along with the rest of his team!!!

Exceptional hard working and very friendly staff. Above all a very clean hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one. Best food i ever ate in a all inclusive hotel. Bye far the best. Everything you need for a family vacation. I hope to come back here soon😉
