Loved the location. Excellent place to relax and spend some quality time with family. Great for families with kids as there is plenty of entertainment at the hotel to keep you engaged. There was no need for going anywhere. The entertainment team had some sessions of archery and rifle shooting. Kudos to the entire entertainment team. Andres, Jonathan, and all others were great. The location is next to the beach with private access which has got lovely waters. The sunrise moment is best to cherish. The rooms are nice with excellent service. The swimming pools are good. Being a veggie and vegan, there are limited food options but surely the chefs went extra mile to prepare food dishes to meet our dietary needs. Good value for money. The service and response from the staff is great. Enjoyed every minute of the stay.

Overall the hotel is great for families and the staff are friendly and welcoming and the food buffet was superb. The rooms however need updating. They’ve had the same decor since 1999 when I used to come with my 2 yr old daughter she’s now 29! I would have liked a kettle in my room to make a coffee as I was half board. Had very little sleep due to traffic noise all night and 6am bottles being emptied. Very noisy from rooms above when they decide to move furniture around in the early hours.

We have just came back from this holiday and were abit disappointed. We were told the rooms had been refurbished however once at our room we found that only the upgrade rooms on the top floors had been done. The room was old and dated with a odd smell. The beds are very old and creek everytimr you move and the beds for children were even worse. The bedrooms are located right on the corridors so you can hear every noise from 6am till midnight so with young children it isn't ideal. Doors are old so slam shut so you hear ever door on the floor. Rooms however were clean apart from the floors dont get hoovered just mopped so any mess is just moved around. Restaurant on site is extremely busy every meal time and can be very chaotic wouldnt say its big enough for the number of people staying there. Could do with new sunbeds and umbrellas as well as flooring round the kids pool and the tiles in the pool checking as I did cut my knee when in the kids pool due to some being sharp. Staff are friendly/helpful and its in an ideal location for beaches, shops and local restaurants. Have lots of activities and night entertainment. Was an okay stay think the hotel could do with a full make over to make it match the cost.

The reason for choosing initially was the great position by the beach. It didn't disappoint. The cleanliness of the hotel strikes you as soon as you enter. The rooms are dated, because of when they were initially built, but very comfortable, light and airy. The food is varied and should appeal to most people. I asked about warm plates for the meals (being British, it is what we want), Olivia sorted this out for us and made sure that hot plates were available during our stay. In fact, I would like to say, a very big thank you, to Olivia. Iberostar should be really proud of their staff, who go out of their way to really help you to enjoy your stay. If you have toddlers, they will enjoy the attention and entertainment.

I have just returned with my adult daughter - reluctantly - from an amazing 7 night holiday at this hotel . The hotel is directly on the beautiful beach where there are sunbeds and there are shops ,bars and restaurants nearby if you can tear yourself away . The food and choice was incredible with themed nights such as Moroccan , Italian Mexican ,Greek and Seafood . The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view , my only observation is it could do with a bit more storage space . All of the staff work tirelessly to ensure you have a great stay . The animation team are always happy , cheerful and helpful stopping to chat to guests .special mention for Nikolai and Lilli who are just such lovely people . The app is really good as it keeps you updated with all the activities and advises when your room has been cleaned . The evening shows are good - favourites being The Addams Family , Disco Hits and Hollywood Hits - everyone was singing and dancing , and who can resist the Club Dance . We are returning next year and can't wait !!
