Having just returned from a one week, all inclusive stay at this hotel, I have to say that I was completely satisfied. considering that it is a 3 star hotel, it exceeded my expectations as such. The reception staff are friendly, accommodating and efficient. in fact the same can be said of all the staff. there was one exception - Miquel in the bar is lazy, rude and apparently thinks that minor tasks such as topping up the ice reserve or washing up are more important than serving guests. When you try to question him about this he just says 'no comprendo' and turns his back. Moving on, the room was clean and comfortable, the fridge and the aircon worked perfectly. The food in the restaurant was generally very good with a wide range of options. (although one day the bacon was cremated and I was not impressed with taco night - but that's just me) The salads and fish dishes were particularly excellent. So too was the rose wine which I love when on holiday! I can't comment on the pool area or the entertainment as i did not make use of them. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone with realistic expectations of a 3 star hotel.

We arrived around midday and it was fantastic that our room was already available. I had requested a room near to a lift as I have mobility issues and this was provided and was perfect. Admittedly the view was disappointing as we were overlooking the roof of another hotel but it didn’t really affect us. When we arrived, all the sunbeds looked occupied - given the size of the pool, we were dreading being able to secure a bed each day. But guess what? The doors to the pool opened at 9am every morning and no-one EVERY queued! That in itself was a real joy as I find there is nothing worse that everyone rushing to find a bed at the same time! The hotel itself was lovely - we had a very nice, clean room and it met our expectations. The food was lovely - I had a freshly cooked omelette every morning and there was always plenty of options throughout the day. I did find the selections of desserts very small but it was more than compensated by the delicious ice creams! Where this hotel stands out is with their staff. Everyone was SO friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Ricardo for making our pool drinks so special! Location wise you couldn’t ask for more - the beach was a 2 minute walk and the surrounding area has plenty to offer by way of cafes and shops. Overall, we had an extremely wonderful holiday and would definitely return!

Spent a week here in August with my mum through the heatwave & didn't we know it!? 35 ° in the day & 29/30° at night! The location of the hotel is great. It's a €20, 7minute taxi ride from the airport. Just a short walk to the beach & main road of shops. Bus stops are not far to venture out to other places & they're cheap. The hotel is located on a one way street, so you are overlooked by local residents & coaches will not have access to directly outside the hotel. Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is a real sun-trap, but I wasn't impressed with the size of the pools or the sunbed arrangement- it was very intimate with beds pushed up against each other, and there wasn't enough umbrellas. The room we stayed in was nice for a 3 star hotel. Needs a little updating, but wasnt disgusting. We are fussy & it wasn't an issue. The air-conditioning is a grid vent in the wall that blew out to straight into a rafter in the ceiling, so the cool air did not circulate the whole room. The food was absolutely great & there was lots to choose from. Sometimes repetitive, but it was lovely!! The kitchen staff work hard ALL day to keep food going from breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner so there is food all day to pick from. No chance of going hungry! They are the unsung heroes at this hotel. For me, ALL of the staff make this hotel what it is. They go above & beyond & are so professional & helpful. I have a 13 year old son, and I wouldn't have brought him to this hotel as there wasn't enough entertainment or activities. Don't get me wrong-the animation team did try with the kids and were very friendly, but there is just not enough space on the hotel grounds, so are limited with games etc. I think this is more suited to be an adults hotel, & for that reason- would recommend it for a quiet week in the sun.

I traveled with two children, ages 15 and 12. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful. The themed dinners were wonderful, delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic, making you smile. Overall rating: 10/10. I will definitely come back here with my children next year. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great location with beach just 5-10 minutes walk away, with loads of shops and restaurants local to hotel. Hotel is nice and clean, staff are friendly and food very tasty. Actually for a 3* buffet service at all inclusive it was certainly really enjoyable with some good options. The Mexican themed night served particularly tasty food. Room was basic but nice big washroom and cleaners in daily (if you wanted them to, to clean and change sheets). Balcony view was disappointing but then it’s always hit and miss in that respect. Maintenance was not great, one example being a fire extinguisher practically falling off the wall on 3rd floor. Other minor maintenance issues and signage could be used better for greater awareness for customers. I would rate this hotel closer to a 4* but those bits mentioned above along with there only being 2 small pools, I think 3* is fair. Overall a lovely stay for me and my teenage son and we would come back.
