We just experienced quite simply the best holiday resort for kids we have ever visited! ​From the moment we arrived, everything ran like clockwork. The complex is so vast and impressive that even after spending seven days exploring, we still hadn't seen it all. ​Here are a few highlights of our stay: ​Pools & Entertainment: There is a fantastic variety of swimming pools, alongside top-notch entertainment that kept both kids and adults smiling all day long. ​Exceptional Service: The entire staff was wonderful, and the reception team was always helpful. A special shoutout to David McEwan, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless—his assistance was truly extraordinary. ​Dining & Comfort: With a great selection of restaurants on-site, the food was consistently good. Our room was spotless, with daily housekeeping providing fresh towels every single day. ​If you are looking for a stress-free, fun-packed family getaway where everything just works smoothly, this is the place to be. We cannot wait to return!

Before I comment my experience, the recent reviews whilst we’ve been staying at the same time are quite rude and untrue. I appreciate everybody has their own experiences. The food, facilities, a small beach within walking distance, different areas, blocks A, B, C and adult only areas - there’s plenty to do! The American diner is just fabulous, please check it out! Currently staying here in block A and if I’m honest it gets rather noisy, having people waking you up as they’re pretty eager to go to breakfast (staying level 0). Even at night time, they’re oblivious they’re walking past rooms. Not sure please keep noise down sign would help? The queue times for breakfast lunch and dinner aren’t ideal however people wanting to sit OUTSIDE you are going to wait over an hour if you decide to eat 7pm onwards. We’ve always sat indoors and it’s been a pleasure without queuing for no more than 3 minutes. Always friendly, helpful when being sat up or downstairs as we have a buggy, they insist on helping. There are plenty of options for everybody, meat eaters or not. Unless you’re fussy, of course you’re going to complain as you don’t get what you want. Having stayed here which would be 2 weeks in total, the only things I would change are: - always make it clear ALL toddlers have to wear nappies around and in the pool - update hairdryers in rooms as they’re pretty hot and not useful using on kids - check regularly to see if ALL lifts are working as there was a couple of days when 1/3 was working (nightmare) - update decor throughout hotel and exterior (including small tiles within the pools in block A where we’ve stayed throughout this trip) - check/change shower filters and air con units We had this issue when we first arrived, it smelt awful in our room. The lady on reception made sure the technician was on it straight away which he was and turned out to be the filter in the shower, it just smelt mouldy. It soon disappeared when it got resolved. If all this changed I’d definitely give it more than 4 stars, the staff work their back sides off and it shows. They’ve just closed off section B for entertainment for evenings so therefore section A gets very very busy in trying to get a table. Personally I hate it which is why we come away in September. Maybe the entertainment team could keep it open for longer! There’s a 427 bus outside which takes you to lovely Porto Cristo running regularly, definitely recommend popping there, it is beautiful. The staff throughout are super friendly and wonderful. Would stay again.

Families with young kids will have a great time here! We spent a week here with kids age 8 and 10 and had a lovely holiday. We were in area c which is perfect for young kids as has the splashpark waterslides and main pool opposite but all areas of hotel can be used at any time. Plenty of pools and we always found sun loungers. Food is plentyful and lots of options there are snack bars and the main buffet restaurant. Sometimes we had to queue but it went down quick. It was sometimes a bit chaotic also. There are restaurants you can book in but do it sooner rather than later as we couldn't get a slot. Lovely beach beside hotel and Porto Cristo is lovely also you can take the land train there and we had a beautiful meal overlooking the sea. Think I would avoid as as an adult only location but the adult only pool looked really nice. lots of kids here. Enjoy!

The reviews for the hotel were very misleading. It was unbelievable and nothing like we have ever experienced before outside of uk term time in a hotel abroad. I appreciate this is marketed as a family hotel, it should not be marketed as suitable for a couples retreat or adults only, it was horrendous. The saviour was the adults only area during the day however, there were no adults only areas in the evening and I can only best describe the hotel as being like Beirut in the evening with the amount of screaming children and babies running riot in the hotel. It was that bad that moving around you needed to be careful not to trip over children. I also feel for the parents and families that booked this hotel, especially the children and babies at breakfast and dinner times. The restaurant queuing system, was disgusting and I can only summise this was in place to restrict consumption of food and drink in the evening by holding people in long queues. Families with young children left waiting nearly 2 hours to enter the dining area, which had many empty tables when you finally got in there. Families not sat to eat until 9pm, when they had questions from 7pm, even when the actual restaurant had many empty tables when you got let inside. Disgusting. The food was ok for meat eaters, which three of us were, the forth member of our party was vegetarian, the vegetarian offering was poor and most evenings she remained hungry due to not being able to eat. We ate out a couple of times, to ensure she was able to eat. We asked what vegetarian options there were and weee pointed to rice and some soggy veg, and when requested to cook some edible for the vegetarian manner of our party, they just pointed at the rice and beans. The last comment I would like to make is in relation the the adults area rooms, families with babies and children were in adult area rooms, adjacent our travelling companions, which kept them awake some nights. Unsure why children and babies were placed in what the hotel advised was the adults only block. Speaking to the hotel was a complete waste of time, about all of these issues, Our party was either fobbed off with vague comments or there was a language barrier and they were not interested. We will never visit this hotel again and would advise Tui to consider there options in using this particular hotel moving forwards, based on the lack of staff control, service and dining issues.
