Great holiday and super entertainment!💯

Went with family we made the best of it and kids loved it , I would not go back , scale of the place is huge and the neglect of certain areas due to lack of staff, pools constantly being closed for multiples days, at least 1000 people in restaurant at peak times and lunch time snack bar is absolutely disgusting burgers look and smell like horse meat , at least 2000 people at evening entertainment with only max of 3 bar staff serving drinks Que for around 30 mins to get a beer in a paper cup even tho we was all inclusive was impossible to get a drink so had to purchase our own from supermarket, family room was ok and cleaned twice in our 9 night stay, never seen staff cleaning around pools , sun bed wars every morning , staff are helpful and friendly, made the best of our time there but would not go back

Don’t do it, scroll elsewhere for a booking Entertainment team amazing they made the week enjoyable overall but the issues are massive Food terrible, I’ve had 1 nice thing whilst I have been here and one of my kids has had bread and chips everyday like some Oliver Twist experience. My chicken leg clucked off the plate the other night The room hasn’t been cleaned once in a week and I’ve been on the hunt for toilet rolls 3 times this week it’s like contraband The All inclusive evening bar is disgraceful to queue 30 mins for a drink and then get eye rolled by the bar staff when you get there is unacceptable. Don’t forget a hotel without guests isn’t a hotel and this is heading that way There is 1 bar staff each side dealing with the all inclusive inmates and 2 for the paid bar which services about 12 people The pools are great but there could do with a couple more sunbeds and the rush to get one makes it a scrap every morning and we have seen security called twice The Pools are dirty and too small and the pools don’t open until 10am which is too late Overall amazing and I’d love to go back (Sarcasm)

So the only positive I can say is we had a deluxe apartment which was nice, it wasn't very clean and you could hear everything your neighbours were talking about plus the shower didn't drain and would flood the bathroom floor, but the room was nice. We were in Reef 2, the hallway lights and the emergency lights were often not working so it was pitch black. The larger pool was shut 6 days of the 7 meaning the small pool (tiny!) was overcrowded with kids that you could just about get in and out but forget about doing anything else like swim. Serious lack of sunbeds for number of people at hotel plus the locals just walked in and used the pool areas. Food, beyond shocking, smallest buffet ever seen and options were terrible and was the same every night. This was a huge resort which we didn't realise when booking. Had to walk in the heat with no shade 15 minutes to get to main area. We ate out every night. The show arena was nice but the queue to get drinks, in small paper cups I may add, was ridiculous. You do not get your money's worth for all inclusive and we spent nearly £1k extra to try and enjoy our week's holiday!

I have just come back on July 23rd 2026 a week stay The bad reviews are true! People were covered head to toe in mosquito bites like the worse I’ve ever seen in my life. Luckily I kept my self and kids fully protected and never opened a window or door in are room and none of us got bitten. I wonders did the people bitten head to toe sleep with doors open? The food was absolutely awful. You can’t even find a clean plate. They serve nuggets and processed food. Nothing is fresh I had to eat out on the strip after giving a try the first few nights. The breakfast was good though you can’t go wrong with their breakfast still hard to find clean plates. We enjoyed the entertainment but wasn’t worth staying for because the bars took 1 hour wait ina. Que to get served on the nights. The room was kept clean and had no problem with that at all! The towels were replaced and cleaners came everyday to us! Because the room was clean this made this holiday expierence OK. We made the most of what we could we didn’t want it to ruin our time. I stayed out doing things as much as possible and the beach is beautiful we used this place as a base, still gutted as this was alot of money for the all inclusive package. We had no problems getting sunbeds either and the pool was nice but only the main pool with the pool entertainment! And annother we found around our block! We went to the one with the slides for kids and it was absolutely disgusting. Rank 0 maintance
