I reserved this accommodation to commemorate my husband's and my wedding anniversary, and I was profoundly disappointed by the substandard quality of our entire stay at this establishment. The hotel room was advertised as bright and contemporary, featuring an expansive, picturesque balcony with a scenic view . The room we actually occupied was dark, outdated and confined, devoid of windows that would permit natural light. The balcony served as the sole source of daylight; however, contrary to the open, airy balcony shown on the website overlooking the pool or ocean, the actual balcony served no functional purpose, led nowhere, creating a sense of confinement and failing to provide adequate ventilation to the room. Our accommodation remained in darkness throughout our entire stay. The hotel's dining were described as a curated selection of fresh, elegantly presented buffet cuisine with oceanfront views. In marked contrast, the actual fare provided appeared uninspired, economical, and inedible. The selection comprised basic trays of mass-produced pasta, chips, and stews, and contained no suitable options for me as a vegetarian. The all-inclusive buffet service we had paid for was inedible, necessitating that we dine at external establishments for all three daily meals. The hotel's elevator was inoperative for our entire stay, which meant we had to ascend four flights of stairs to reach our room. The hotel personnel demonstrated discourteous and uncooperative behaviour throughout our stay. When we requested assistance with local taxi arrangements, we were informed that no taxis were available and were directed to utilise public transportation instead. Upon seeking further guidance, we received minimal information and support, resulting in our failure to attend the pre-arranged paid excursion to Casa Millor for our £60 sea boat tour. The ONLY positive thing about this hotel was it was located next to the sea and this made it bearable. I cannot stress how awful this hotel and experience was, please do not book this.

Staff Excellent. Hotel very old in need of urgent update. Food is not good just warm nothing heated properly. Pool area way to small for size of hotel with just 14 sun loungers. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned well but not nice.

Not a great hotel for British people food catered for French and German they advertise daily entertainment but there isn't any at all was given a dark poky room with a little window no balcony facing a building site when ask to change was told would have to pay extra as thats what i booked as if I would pay over £2000 and pick a room with a little window there is no option on their site as what choice of room you want only single twin double it also says rooms cleaning every day that means they washed the floors and gave you clean towels but only changed your sheets once in the whole week and my daughters sheet had blood stains on it I could tell you a lot more. The only good thing is the sun and beach .
