Onmood Cala Ratjada by PortBlue Hotels

On Mood is modern party accommodation. Room were very good and clean. Bathroom was very clean too. The staff were cleaning the room every day. It was very comfortable and clean stay. Only one thing wasn’t clean - dishes. The dishes were greasy on breakfast and you have to find the clean ones. But I really recommend this accommodation in Mallorca. 9/10

I loved staying at Onmood Cala Ratjada. The place has a very modern style without losing its warmth, and everything was spotless. The staff were super friendly from the very first moment, always with a smile. The terrace and pool are fantastic, with a lively and fun atmosphere that makes you want to stay. I’d definitely come back.

Hotel is good, but keep in mind that this is more a hotel for guests who like to party and stay up late.

We walked in off the street looking for a local printing business having been refused by our own hotel Petite garden hotels to print our boarding passes. The lady on reception was only to happy to help us and printed our boarding passes what an absolute angel. We offered payment and she said it was her and the hotels pleasure to help us. With this attention to customer service I will be staying here in future rather than at Petite garden hotels.

The hygiene was unacceptable. When we arrived, there were hairs all over the floor and a thick layer of dust, as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was even worse, mold covered multiple surfaces and even the ceiling, there was heavy buildup in every corner, and strange red stains on the shower wall. The water supply was inconsistent, fluctuating from freezing cold to way too hot without warning. The air conditioning was practically useless, with only two ineffective settings, at 24°C the room remained freezing, while at 25°C it stopped working altogether, making the room unbearably hot. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant chemical odor, resembling bleach. To make matters worse, clothes left to dry on the balcony ended up with bleach stains overnight. Breakfast was far below standard. To reach the buffet, guests had to walk through the toilets, a shocking setup. Inside, the dining area was dark and unwelcoming, with no windows and a damp, smelly atmosphere. Plates and cutlery were dirty and stained. The buffet itself was very basic, which would have been acceptable if the food quality were decent. However, the croissants and pastries were hard and stale, clearly not freshly baked. On top of that, the unpleasant ambiance was worsened by loud, repetitive TikTok-music, which made the experience even less enjoyable.
