We had a very much needed break . We had an issue with our room on arrival but this was dealt with as we got moved the next day. The staff were all very helpful and happy. The food was good , some of the outdoor furniture ,chairs in the outside restaurant & pool sunbeds could be upgraded / replaced. Overall we loved our stay & would definitely return.

Very nice pools are great there is a family pool with jets indoor pool when it got hot customer services sorted everything out.the adults pool very quiet loved it.three things we didn't like 1 lunch time seemed a bit of a chaos 2 checking out your full inclusive end's midday so if you have a late departure you have to pay 3 the adult bar open at midday not 11am bit the staff are friendly and Will sort anything out in a professional way would recommend it

A very relaxing experience especially in the adult only areas.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel in September and, unfortunately, although there were some positives, there were quite a few things that let the stay down. The positives: The staff were lovely and friendly throughout our stay, and the location is great. You are able to get a bus or a taxi to Alcudia beach where you can hire a sun bed. The beach is beautiful. The drinks selection was also a positive. There was a good choice, including premium options, and the prices outside of the all inclusive were reasonable. The beer and spirits didn’t seem watered down, which was appreciated. The entertainment was good overall and there was generally something to watch in the evenings. The negatives: There were quite a few issues with the room. We booked a double room and instead of being given a double bed, our room had 2 single beds that had simply been pushed together and weren’t even properly attached, so they would separate during the night. The air conditioning also wasn’t working properly. Instead of fixing it, there was a ceiling fan which just about made the room cool alongside the poorly working air con. The room was also tired and outdated, which considering we were told we had a room upgrade, we dread to think what our original room would have looked like. There was also no door handle on the outside of the door leading back into our room from the veranda, which meant we couldn’t close the door when one of us went outside, letting all the hot air into the room. This was very inconvenient and something we wouldn’t expect from a 4 star hotel. The pool was another major disappointment. There was visible scum around the edges of the pool which remained there throughout the day. We never saw the pool being properly cleaned unless we specifically asked, and even then the scum wasn’t removed. There were also yellow rings around the pool and around the pool sun loungers at the adult pool, which made the whole area feel poorly maintained. We were aware that ducks would be swimming in the pool before arriving, but we expected there would be consistent maintenance to clean up the scum and the duck feathers in the pool. There was not. There was no pool service and (something we have had at all 4 star resorts we have been to) and no tables by your sun lounger at the adult pool. There was also no music playing during the day, which made the pool area feel quite flat and lacking atmosphere. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. We expected much more variety and, particularly for a Spanish holiday, far more Spanish food. Instead, there was very little Spanish cuisine. A lot of the food was carvery-style, with vegetables that were often boiled to the point of being inedible. On multiple occasions (within a 6 day holiday) we were served burgers, chips and nuggets, which felt particularly poor for a hotel of this type. We actually found ourselves making cheese and bread rolls from the breakfast buffet so that we had something to eat later in the evening, as no food or snacks were served after dinner which ends at 9pm. The evening service was also very disappointing. They have a club night on Fridays until 2am. We asked for water at reception, and were told there was nothing they could do because the bars are no longer open. My partner has one kidney and needs to drink water regularly. We had none in our room and had to wait until the next day to get water from the breakfast buffet. After midnight, everything seemed to shut down very abruptly. The lights and music were turned off, including in the adult bar, and staff stopped serving tables. It essentially felt like you were being told to go back to your room. Lastly, on our last day we had a late flight back home. We were told that the all inclusive ended at 12pm (lunch is open at 12) and therefore we were not allowed to have any food at the hotel unless we paid extra. I have never heard of this before. Overall, the hotel has some good points, particularly the friendly staff, location, and drinks selection - but the food, pool cleanliness, room maintenance and lack of evening facilities really affected our experience. There were several things that could have been easily improved and, unfortunately, we left feeling that the hotel did not provide the standard we expected. We feel this is a good 3 star hotel, but certainly not 4 star.
