Loved it best hotel in Spain 3rd year in a row would come back again

We are here now and the entertainment was great the entertainment team keep you busy all day and are always very happy and the food was great with great choice

Thought out my holiday i have really enjoyed the entertainment for kids and adults especially the Sangria thanks to the sangria women xox

Location is good, walk to the beach is 15-20 minutes stroll or shuttle train to the beach. . Where there is plenty of souvenir shops. Check in was easy all staff friendly on reception. Food was nice, I am a fussy eater and don't eat meat and I still enjoyed. If you eat meat there is plenty of variety. Entertainment was great each night. Actives in the day was good. The rooms are clean and maid service daily new towels bedding etc, beds super comfy. Was good value for money and would recommend I also will be returning. The slides and splash pool are great. Grounds are clean. Yes cockroach's at night time but it's Spain what do you expect!!. The only negative thing I can say is, in the day only one bar that serves cocktails is open, the queue for this was long however most of the people was going up for wine, beer and soft drinks that actually did not need to go to the bar as there is a self serve pumps either in restaurant or near reception, I think staff should advise those people to go the pumps and then the queue would be halved and not a long wait. Trolleys for suitcases provided. Plenty of toilets around the grounds. Food all day long. Coffee/tea machine again self serve. Enough sunbeds and plenty of tables for everyone to eat at. Food was always hot. Sauces, milks, plates replenished, tables cleaned and nothing was dirty. Staff always happy to help. Again will be returning. Yes there is things that is extra charges but no one says you have to buy them, that's your choice, and not necessary. Slides never queued was up and down. Pools was bit cold but I am a softy for cold water I still got in the pool and enjoyed the slides.

Janek (animator) and Johan (bartender) are the best duo in Globales. They make Mallorca even more magical ✨
