Summum Prime Boutique Hotel Melia Collection

Beautiful hotel in a great location, very clean and quiet, with extremely friendly and helpful staff!!

Amazing service, great location. Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd visit to Palma in recent years but the first time at this hotel. I have to say it's one of the best hotels we have stayed in. As it was celebrating an anniversary we had booked a junior suite which was spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet even though we overlooked the main street. The customer service was excellent from every staff member we had contact with. The server at breakfast remembered our order from the day before and the staff member on reception greeted my partner by name. It's these small touches that single the hotel out as being outstanding. We are looking at returning to Palma for a few days in November and will certainly return here. Highly recommended

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. So comfortable, welcoming, friendly. Service was excellent. Beautiful building. Room brilliant. Location very good too. We will definitely book again when we're back in Palma.

Súmmum Boutique Hotel is located in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, the main city in the island. We came here last year in November to have breakfast, because it was the birthday of my daughter. Really the buffet full breakfast was awesome! We enjoyed a lot and my daughter too! In fact, we taste the buffet, benedictine eggs and some cakes and pancakes. All of the was exquisite! The place is very modern and comfortable, really excellent facilities. Also, the waiter was very friendly and my daughter was very happy. Fantastic experience only for breakfast!
