Absolutely amazing hotel, delicious food location perfect… just one massive issue… if you are not smoker here we go…. People will smoke by swimming pool… by breakfast outside- this is massive NO for me and so unhealthy and not respectful to others so I would suggest ban smoking unless is completely out of hotel. Thank you.

My second stay at this lovely hotel, and I rarely go back to the same place twice, so this says it all. Spotlessly clean. Really good food with amazing choices. Great pool. There were so many solo guests of all ages, so I can highly recommend it, as ive told many friends. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Josie on reception is the best! And Alberto is cute! Hello Lady! Anyone who wants a relaxing break this hotel is ideal.

We stayed at the Gran Bahía in the apartments. My husband had an accident on the first day and was in hospital for two days. The staff went over and above to help make life easier for us, such as providing free wheelchair use, providing a special diet free of charge. They could not have helped anymore to make our holiday be the best it could be in the circumstances. Would highly recommend the hotel, apartments, area and particularly the staff.

Overall I would say this is a very nice hotel. Location It has an excellent location right on top of the beach, loads of restaurants and bars located within 10 minutes walk as well as shops etc. Food We only had breakfast as we ate out for dinner in the evenings at a number of the restaurants. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Standard hot food breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage etc as well as all kinds of pastries, fresh pancakes/waffles and so on. Room The best part of the room was the air conditioning, it was nearly 35 degrees the week we was there and the a/c was a life saver. The only downside to our room was that the in the bathroom whenever you had a shower because there was no curtain or glass the water would go everywhere almost flooding the bathroom! Other than that, bed was comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and a nice sized balcony. Pool I have to say this is one of the only places I have been where I actually witnessed the pool staff enforcing the 'no reserving sunbeds' rule. I saw many times the lifeguard take towels off beds that had been there for a while and so we had no problem getting a sunbed when we wanted one. Good value for money.

The location of this hotel took my breath away! Sea front location - beautiful views across the bay from the rooms, restaurant & bar. The experience feels very luxurious, staff welcoming, all very clean & well kept. Loved the breakfast & again the view! I didn’t use the pool as it was relatively small and the sun loungers very close together, but… it’s virtually on the beach so this wasn’t a problem for me. Lots of choice of places to eat and shop.
