Came here for 4 night stay, was a last minute thing so didn’t read much of the reviews until now. The staff were all very friendly, and did make an effort with all guests. The rooms were clean to a standard, apart from the floors still slightly sticky. The room we had was spacious and had a good view from our balcony. Location was brilliant with the back gate straight to the beach. However, there is nothing at all to do in the evenings, and I mean NOTHING. Very boring in the evenings with nothing on at the hotel, same goes for outside the hotel. We walked from town to town and the only thing was spar shops, and 1-2 ok bars. I am shocked at the reviews saying a variety of food, as this is very untrue. The breakfast was ok, most of the effort is only put in the fruit/cheese section. The rest was ok. Dinner was not good at all, mostly all fish and battered everything you could imagine. The poor lady behind the cooking station could not keep up with the demand! Also, I booked this before the summer holidays thinking there would be little to no kids, as they should be at school- THIS WASN'T THE CASE. I’m aware this is a family friendly hotel but the amount of kids here was ridiculous. Screaming, shouting ,crying ,splashing, all day long. In the future I will stay to booking adults only hotels.

Our stay at THB Sa Coma Mallorca was unfortunately disappointing in many ways. First of all, the food was a disaster. There was very little variety and almost nothing to choose from. In the evenings, when they cooked fish or meat on the grill, they only prepared very small amounts at a time, so people had to wait in line for up to 30 minutes. The same thing happened at breakfast with the pancakes. One person was making both pancakes and omelettes, and obviously could not keep up with the demand. The plates, cutlery, and glasses were extremely worn out and looked dirty because of how old and scratched they were. The pool area was also very boring. There was no music at all, just complete silence all day. Pool towels could only be taken once and could not be changed during the day even if they became very wet. The drink prices were ridiculously expensive. We paid €32 for two small juices and one small Coca-Cola. Another disappointing thing is that the hotel website says they offer evening entertainment and activities for children, but this is not true. We asked at reception where the entertainment was, and they told us they stopped doing it last year. When we asked why the website had not been updated, they had no answer. Another thing that felt misleading is the room view policy. The hotel charges extra for a sea view when booking, yet all rooms appear to have a sea view to some extent. It feels unfair to pay an additional fee for something that is already available from most, if not all, rooms. The only positive things were that the rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and polite.
