TUI SUNEO Green Garden

Green Garden is a family-friendly aparthotel in Cala Ratjada, within walking distance from the marina (with shops and bars) and some wonderful beaches with turquoise water, such as Cala Agulla and Cala Gat (both great for snorkeling). Family rooms are basic but clean, the swimming pool is nice and has a splash area for kids, but most of the time it is very busy. The food is surprisingly good, and the hotel staff is very customer-oriented. Keep in mind though that 90% of the clients are German, so hotel/pool entertainment is mostly in German. Overall a great experience and highly recommended for families with kids.

We have returned from an enjoyable 10 night stay at green garden appartahotel. The resort was perfect for our family. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The pools were great and had something for everyone. The snack bar was great for lunch and snacks. We all enjoyed the all inclusive buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. The staff made extra efforts to ensure our food allergies were catered for. We had the option to eat from the buffet or have something cooked and plated up in the kitchen. One area for improvement could be to have a greater range of vegan dessert, perhaps a vegan cake. Also during the day there is ice- cream included in the all inclusive option but there is no vegan option. We did not ask about this during our stay and I’m sure had we that the team would have tried to organise something. The entertainment team were fantastic, the children enjoyed taking part in a range of activities during the day and the evening shows were fantastic. All the staff were friendly , welcoming and happy to help. We had a great holiday and would love to return for another holiday.

Friendly staff, great entertainment for the children

To start with, I’d like to say that the surroundings were very clean, even though some things clearly showed signs of heavy wear and tear. The hotel pools are nice and clean; one is so deep that even adults cannot touch the bottom. During the day, guests would leave towels on the sunbeds. They claim to remove unattended towels, but we didn't see that happen once during our 11-day stay. On the contrary, we saw people place towels at 7:00 AM but not come down to swim until after 2:00 PM. Also They shouldn't advertise a gym when the treadmill didn't work the entire time we were there and only a single exercise mat was available. There were no fans in the small room either, so it quickly became unbearable. The room we were assigned was more worn-out than any I’ve ever experienced before; the photos speak for themselves. Liquid was also dripping down from a ceiling panel that was left half-open. The smoking on the hotel is also a problem during shows—and although at the sunbeds the staff saw this but they did nothing about it.

Beautiful garden, and a clean, well-maintained pool area where the lifeguards genuinely made sure everything was kept in order. The staff overall were very friendly and accommodating. Although the rooms were a bit smaller and more simply furnished, they were clean, everything worked perfectly, and they were cleaned daily. The All-Inclusive food was excellent and varied. Even when the dining room was full, it was easy to move around, and everything was always replenished within minutes. The location of Cala Ratjada is lovely, perfect for endless walks along the promenade. For a family with children, it was just lively enough without being noisy or overcrowded. Sea was clean and warm, beach was beautiful and not so crowded as I expected.
