Viva Cala Mesquida Suites & Spa Adults Only

Stunning hotel in a stunning, quiet location. Using a private transfer, we arrived at the hotel after around one hour and five minutes. We were greeted by Patri at reception, received a welcome cava and a fantastic brief about the hotel. She explained everything so well and answered any questions. We had All Inclusive Deluxe/Plus, which provided A La Carte dining every evening. We dined in Bluemoon Grill twice, Bella Vita twice and once in each the Sports Bar, La Tahaia and Mirablau. We enjoyed every meal we had in this hotel. When booking through Jet2, they stated a difference of drinks vs branded drinks between All Inclusive and All Inclusive Plus- but there was no difference in drinks offering between the two board options. This was not at fault of the hotel though and we had no issue finding something to drink- but more branded spirits would be nice in such a classy hotel. We used the gym, which was well kept and had a good range of equipment. The whole hotel is beautiful and well kept, it’s always clean and the staff are amazing. The rooms are large, comfortable and have everything you need. The bathroom is huge and there is plenty of storage. We each had a Full Body Massage in the Spa. Unfortunately, we were booked in at 10.00 when the spa opens. The doors didn’t open until 10.05, even though we were waiting from 09.50, the treatment felt rushed and ended at 11.00 exactly- so we missed out on at least 10 minutes of our 60 minute treatment. Huge shout out to Pepe and Carlos who worked endlessly and nothing was ever too much trouble, including helping us practice our Spanish! The staff in this hotel are truly the best part. I would fully recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday. If you want nightlife and noise, this location will not suit. It is quiet in Cala Mesquida with a beautiful beach five minutes walk away. We also went along the coastal walks which were nice and well signposted. Bring your trainers if you plan to do this, as it can be a bit rough. We enjoyed our holiday so much, after a few days of returning we have booked again for our wedding anniversary in October. We can’t wait to come back!

If anyone is looking for a luxury hotel with exceptional food and service then this would be a great choice. Our suite was beautiful, the hotel is kept spotless and the food and drink available was brilliant (a theme each night meaning we were spoilt for choice). We were half board plus and spent most of our days at the fantastic local beach which was just outside the hotel.

We loved every minute of our 3 night stay in junior suite selection club, lovely and relaxing. We could have caught a bus outside hotel to Cala Ratjada but were happy just to chill at hotel. All staff very friendly, and have booked again for next year. The only negative points were that a lot of the tables were very wobbly which was annoying when eating meal, could have done with straw for our drinks, and the cocktails could have been a bit stronger! They tasted nice but no kick! Look forward to our stay in September 2027. Maybe instead of giving the Selection Club guests a tote bag. Wine and Extra Virgin oil, a metal straw could replace one of these gifts? Having said all that we had a great time !

We really like this hotel. It’s the second year we go to this hotel. Needs just to improve the beach club at the beach and the quality of the night shows.

Quality accommodation with excellent food and helpful friendly staff. Very relaxing holiday. Only stayed for one week but seemed like longer as very quickly felt at home and looked after by the hotel team.
