Zafiro Palace Alcudia

Lovely hotel. Clean with friendly staff. The food and drink let them down big time... restaurant at the pool side... chicken burger and classic beef burger are terrible quality meat... i would'nt feed either to a dog.!! My wife loves a Pina Colada, she reckons it was the worst she ever had!! food and drink for us, will make or break a place and determines if we would ever return... we will never return to this hotel.

Fantastic hotel with bike garages underneath with Ciclos Major. I stayed as a bike swim half board package. The pool lanes were reserved morning and evening. It was fab to watch the sun come up as I swam. Negatives - I tried to book the restaurants on the app but found it quite hard. Most folk just visited them to book. My room was opposite the lift and was really noisy with other guests not thinking all through the night about their voices. I suggest a little notice/reminder for guests whilst in this area. I was also ground floor accessible room and does not have a bath or a view. Shame I had to pay the same as those who had a fab view from their balcony. Market buffet is out of this world. You will not go hungry (thirsty as they are a little slow at bringing drinks- sometimes the bill arrives before the drinks don’t sign it until you get them.) Gluten free well catered for at breakfast but you have ask if you want bread in the evenings. Asian restaurant was superb food and service very attentive. Loved the adults only area.

2nd trip here. Again, it was fantastic in everyway. Great room, great service. If you are a young family, this is the perfect hotel. I would say it’s more like 4.5 stars but still very good. We had some family photos taken at the hotel - would highly recommended. We got a taxi with mallorcataxicar - which was great and on time. Another fab stay at Zafiro.

We loved our stay at Zafiro palace alcudia. We went half board for a week as a family of 5 with two young children. Cannot fault the staff or service, the place was super clean and well maintained. Food was great, buffet plentiful with lots of options and the à la carte restaurant were also fantastic! The pools are brilliant and never too busy. There’s kids club activities daily all included (couple hours at a time) our little boy loved going and the staff were brilliant with him. We had a junior suite which even with the sofa bed out and a cot for the baby was spacious and comfortable. Beds were really great too! We did enquire about all inclusive when there but the cost was over 900 euros to upgrade and we knew we’d never spend that much on lunch and drinks! We didn’t really leave the hotel while we were there but the beach was an easy 5 minute walk and there were loads of restaurants and shops around so you could easily enjoy this place self catering too. I would absolutely recommend this place and intend to visit other Zafiro locations in the future!

Fantastic 5star hotel with excellent facilities. Excellent for cyclists with on site bike mechanics, secure bike storage and hire bikes with Schon. However, if you want a quiet evening forget it due to the nightly entertainment provided in the centre of the complex
