Zafiro Tropic

We had a brilliant family holiday here! My girls loved the pools and buffet, and all the staff were so polite and helpful. The room was ready when we arrived and check out being 12pm meant we could fully enjoy our last full day and simply pack in the morning as we had a later flight home. Yes sometimes finding a sun lounger was a little tricky but it is quite a small site so space is restricted. But we managed each day as it was later in the season so probably slightly quieter? I was impressed by how clean everywhere was as well. So easy to get the beach only 2min away from the hotel. Yes we were woken at 8am each day by the floor cleaner outside ... but thats not an unreasonable time to wake up and helped us get up and get a sun lounger!

We arrived at 1130am- was given our bands to access all-inclusive. Given a reciept to get pool towels. Shown where we could keep our luggage until they called me to say room was ready, which was maybe 2hours later. The hotel is very clean. Staff work very hard. All smiles especially Deborah in the pool bar. She was very nice. Staff work long hours and still remain kind and helpful. This hotel is cashless everything is done on your wrist band. You pay what you owe at the end of your stay including the tax payment. All inclusive ends at 12 on your last day. We paid for late check out till 5 which was 45 euros but worked for us as a family of 4, and we got picked up at 530pm. Hotel is 4min walk to the beach. Shops food places all within 4mins too Supermarket on site here you can use wristband card or cash. Rooms large. We were in block 4 and it was perfect. Right near kids splash area and kids club. 1min walk to restaurant. Kitchen consisted of kettle microwave, 2 ring hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and toaster. We hired a travel cot for 4 euros per day. Bathroom had 2 sinks in, large shower and toilet (obs) lovely and clean fresh towels daily (except wednesday and sundays- you can get more from reception as cleaners have day off) Food nice not amazing for a 4star but perfectly nice but all the staff chefs etc are very accommodating- and lovely Outside on an evening is waiter service scanning wrist band or you can go to the bar. Entertainment kids bit 8pm till 845- shows 9 till 10ish then it all finishes by 1015pm Would i stay again? yes! Was the location perfect? yes! Did the spash park entertain my children ? Yes Is the big bubble in the water fun? Yes (with pool shoes) entertainment in the day i cant comment much but did do the big water running mat. All in all id give it a 4 out of 5 stars Xx

Excellent hotel, pool and the food in the buffet and restaurant was very good. Entertainment in the evenings and daytime was great for kids with games in the pool etc. Great family hotel for 0-12 years.

Good location not far from beach and excellent restaurants. Also not far from bus stops to go to old town. Hotel kept very clean. Lots of people out cleaning around the outside and pool area early on. Rooms spotless. Friendly staff at reception when checking in. Plenty of area for children to enjoy outside, my grandchildren enjoyed the pools, organised games, crazy golf. There is a separate pool with sunbeds for adults. I had a room to my self. No noise from outside at all or from corridors. I did have an issue with noise in the room which I thought at first was the air con but I turned that off and noise remained. It kept me awake on my last night. Might have been a faulty fridge as water froze. No issues other than that. I meant to share when I checked out. Lovely hotel and would stay again

Really enjoyed our experience at Zafiro Tropic. Travelled as a group of 6 adults and 2 children 7 & 10. Check in very efficient and took 10 minutes. Rooms were very nice stayed in a Royal Terrace very clean and comfortable and cleaning staff attended every day. Pools were nice and attended by lifeguards alway managed to find beds when we came down at around 9 each day. Pool bar was always well staffed and never queued for long. Buffet always had plenty of choice and went to A La Carte twice which was excellent. The staff in the hotel were absolutely fantastic and made the holiday even better always smiling, professional and always ready to help in anyway they could. Would definitely go back and all of the group had a great time.
