Zafiro Tropic

Excellent stay! We went with our 18 month old, the hotel is perfect for families. Room was lovely, we had a studio apartment with a cot in as well and still plenty of space, lots of storage space too which is needed with a toddler! Staff were excellent with our little ones especially the restaurant team, always saying hello and goodbye to her and kept her entertained if she started to get fed up. Splash park and playground were fab, and lots of it in the shade too which was good for toddlers, lifeguards were very attentive. Our little one couldn't stay in the water too long as she got cold but still had fun. I also used the main pool and the over 18 pool on one occasion and they were great too! Food was excellent, lots of variety and choice, all branded drinks which was amazing and the cocktails were great too! Entertainment was also very good, little one liked the mini disco and the evening entertainment was all excellent, seemed to be a 2 week rolling programme so you never saw the same act twice. Our little one was also obsessed with the hotel robot cleaner, always looking for it to say hello. Great location too, few minutes walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. We definitely want to come back.

Very good location near to shops, bars and beach. A lovely family atmosphere. The hospitality staff were amazing, very welcoming, friendly nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment definitely let the hotel down. Not enough going on for adults or children. The entertainment staff were not so friendly, didn’t seem interested or enthusiastic about their job. The music at times was extremely loud and some songs very inappropriate for children to listen to. Definitely need to improve on the entertainment side. The food was good and the choice of drinks were excellent. The hotel was very clean. I would stay again. Alcúdia is beautiful.

This was our 3rd stay at a Zafiro hotel and although it’s in need of modernisation we had a lovely family holiday. We had a room in block 3, which was a good location, not far to walk from everything. Unfortunately our room was really smelly, which seemed to be coming from the air con. I told reception and they offered us another room. We decided to stay put as we’re never in the room apart from to sleep and shower. Both of my daughters 9 and 13 had a brilliant time and were in the pool most of the day, the foam party was a big hit too. The food here was really nice with so much selection, there’s something every meal for everybody, even the fussy eaters. Cocktails are amazing, all freshly made, no ready mixed rubbish. The staff at this hotel make your holiday. Every single member of staff is polite, genuinely happy and just make you smile. From cleaners to restaurant workers to bar staff, and they work so hard and such long hours all with a smile. Big shout out to Angel at the pool bar, I have his name tattooed on my foot😆 which made him smile. Alcudia is really lovely especially the port at sun set

Having read some of the reviews I had a few tiny concerns but once we arrived they all disappeared. We had booked all inclusive via TUI so experienced the full package - a family of 2 grandparents (myself and my wife) our son and daughter in law and our 2 grandchildren - 2 1/2 and 6 months. Staff all over the complex were fantastic. We had upgraded to 2 one bed apartments overlooking the pool and these had plenty of space and were clean, modern with plenty of storage space.it is a true family hotel with lots of groups like us there out of school time. Food was fantastic with plenty of choice at all meals - on our package we could have used the al a carte patio restaurant for lunch and one for dinner. With the family make up we decided to take all our meals at the buffet restaurant rather than the al a carte table service. Having said that the food at the patio restaurant always looked great when we walked by. Our eldest grandson loved the pirates pool depth 0.3metres with a mix of slides for the younger children. The other pools around the complex were all great and nice for a swim when we weren’t playing on the pirate ship pool.there is also a good kid play area near to this pool. It’s is a really great family run hotel and I did not see one person going over the top with the all inclusive drinks which was nice to see. The evening entertaining started with the kids side of things and ended with entertaining for the whole family. It usually ended between 10.15 - 10.30 which meant you were not disturbed late into the night. We really had a great time and would certainly go back at this time of the year with our family.

Lovely hotel, clean, friendly and great location. Pools are lovely with plenty of sun beds and food and drink varied and something for everyone.
