Cinnamon Bey Beruwala

Not long back from a fantastic 2 week all inclusive stay at the Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Particular mention for all the bar and pool staff who really looked after us for the whole holiday. The food in the main buffet restaurant was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of high quality food. With the all inclusive package we could also use the 2 restaurants Noodles and Fire. These were both fantastic and thanks to Sulara, Sadnnika,Tharuka, Dulmini and Nethmi at Noodles and Theekshana, Pasipdu and Gayantha at Fire for looking after us so well. Prior to arriving in Sri Lanka and based on a positive review on Trip Advisor we booked a 2 day tour with Charindu at Cherry Tours (+94 761337323). For the 2 days of the trip we had the company of Dilan our guide and Lanka our diver who were both fantastic. our tour started with the Udawalawe National Park. This comprised a 3hr morning wildlife safari which exceeded our expectations. We had close up experiences with elephants, crocodiles (not that close!), water buffalo and sightings of numerous other animals. After stopping at Ravana Falls we headed to the beautiful hill country town of Ella for lunch. On the way we took a short train journey over the spectacular 9 arch bridge. Another highlight was the overnight stay at the Ramboda Falls hotel which had a spectacular view of the waterfall and valley below. Our second day included a trip to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth relic in Kandy which was an amazing experience and a guided tour through the botanical gardens. Will definitely use them on a return visit.

Great food at the noodles kitchen. Nethmi, Dulmini,Ranidi and Alaiwatta gave us great service with that Sri Lankan friendliness.

It was a realy memorable stay in cinnamon bay. We were there to celebrate children's day with my two kids. From the first step to the hotel they wermly welcome with drinks and extra sweets for kids. Front office staff always ready to help and do there best for guests. They arranged us free room upgrade in top floor. Kids enjoyed a lot with carm atmosphere. Foods a realy delicious and lot of options in buffet. They arranged special art competition for kids with gift and special treet for kids and parents. Kids enjoyed a lot in that event. All the staff members always full with smile ready to help every where, very professional. Specially hed of staff Mr. Malaka, Ms Christine always lookafter kids and arranged anything extra. Nice pool, beach, lot of games for kids to enjoyed their stay. Thanks lot for cinnamon bay staff for their service. We stay two nights and will hope to come back.

We stayed in room 315 and 316 at Cinnamon Bey. The view from the rooms was amazing. The facade and the lobby were impressive. The staff was courteous,polite and helpful especially Ms Thattsarani from Bùfe Dining. She was very cooperative, helpful and courteous and always with a smiling face. We wish her all the best. Overall our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable.

An absolutely unforgettable experience. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful place and breathtaking views to the warm hospitality and outstanding service of the staff.
