Club Palm Bay

Hi to everyone who is planning their vacation! We recommend the Club Palm Bay hotel! We’ve been staying there for two consecutive years, in October. In 2025, we arrived for the first time and fell in love with this hotel! Now we’ve decided to come back too, and we’ll be coming every vacation! This hotel is for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s a relaxing hotel. The hotel has a very large territory, lots of greenery, and many different animals — hares, chipmunks, peacocks, monitor lizards, and many more. The staff is very friendly. They treat everyone with care. All the rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Everyone walks around smiling and greets the hotel guests! The service is top‑notch! I really want to mention the girl Minbula. She always greets guests with a smile, is always ready to help, and asks how their vacation is going. She quickly resolves any problems that arise. It’s very nice when the hotel staff know their names. The restaurant serves very tasty food, and there is a wide selection of dishes. The hotel grounds are very clean. All the staff are doing their best. Come and relax at this hotel, and you won’t regret it.

Came for a stayover with my family. Good and tasty foods with well spread desserts corner. Beautiful surroundings and excellent service. Great pool and there has lots of activities to do, so you will never go bored. Excellent hospitality from Mindula and devika. A big thanks for them. Highly recommended !

Very disappointing arrival & departure service - 27.09.2026* Arrival on 27.09.2026 at 7:00 AM after long-haul flight. No greeting, no welcome juice, no cold towel. Our suitcase was left for 2 hours in front of the Club where the taxi driver dropped us. Nobody felt responsible. We were offered to wait in the breakfast area until the room was ready. We understood it as an invitation due to the long wait. At check-out we were charged 26 EUR for the breakfast buffet. The room was okay and clean, the pool area is nice and the garden is beautiful - but the start ruined our short stay. Departure next morning at 4:00 AM - despite informing reception the day before and being on All-Inclusive, we received NO breakfast pack / takeaway box. We had to travel to the airport with no breakfast. For a hotel rated as No.1 All-Inclusive in Marawila (4.5 stars), this arrival/departure service is not acceptable.

Wow! What a lovely hotel. Set in beautiful grounds of 30 acres with a lagoon and beautiful gardens. ( 40 gardeners!) The villas are immaculate and special mention to Kushan for his amazing attention to our room. (110) Which, by the way has a lovely view of the lagoon and wildlife( monitor lizards, great Egrets , mongooses and birds. Massages are great value ! The Ayurvedic massage helped me sleep so well. The dining experience is fantastic with western and Sri Lankan choices. Special mention to Ajith for cooking me a garlic curry! ( lovely). I happened to mention that curry and chips is a ‘thing’ in Uk and there appeared out of nowhere a bowl of piping hot fries! All of the dining room staff are very attentive and helpful! The bar staff are great. Very knowledgeable and great company. Special mention to Harshani and Sajee for answering my endless questions about local customs. All done with that characteristic Sri Lankan smile! My last but not least person to mention is Vashi who greets us every day in the restaurant! Her humour and her smile will stay with us. We’re already talking about returning! Thanks to all the staff again for a wonderful holiday! We needed that rest!

Great hospotality and delicious food. Many activities to do invluding swimming , table tennis ,cycling and boating Well maintained surroundings and spacious rooms. Excellent service from Mindula and dwvika, they are veey friendly and heloful
