Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

We had the best time, everyone was so nice and friendly, Sukrit especially.

I stayed at your hotel for business from 7th to 10th October 2026. I and my colleague were fully satisfied with you well designed and maintained rooms and all the facilities, efficient system to provide the best services, and well-trained staff members. All the staffs including the door men and house keeping staffs know how to make their guests feel happy. I was particularly impressed with a tall and slim young lady staff at the restaurant on the basement, who served for my group in the evening on 8th (Thu) October. She was always smiling and looked happy to serve for us and respond to our any requests and question. Her working style is not only efficient but truly that of a professional staff of hospitality business. I hope that I will be able to stay at your hotel and have the good service of your staffs again in the near future. Thank you. Yasumi Suzuki (from Japan)

The hotel is conveniently located near BTS and MRT stations, a shopping centre with a good food court, and interesting places for breakfast. The room had comfortable beds, pillows, a shower, bath, and a nice view. Mr Phun, the concierge, was incredibly helpful. He provided the best breakfast spots each morning and even organised a driver for our country trip. He was polite and friendly.

Excellent friendly service and good local recommendations! Especially Game,Joe,Earth!

Staff here are amazing. concierge ‘New’ was brilliant consultant for my solo travel with kids, and breakfast buffet was Mum’s surprising chance to eat some excellent Thai food. Close to everything and well appointed rooms but staff culture raises this place to the next level.
