Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

Very sadly we was only here for one day as we was traveling back from Koh Samui and then the next day going back to London England. The service given to us at the Colton was above and beyond and this sort of service does not exist anymore in England which is very sad because you realize how much you enjoy being away from your home because the people are just so nice I have to give a special shout out to Game and Joe at the poolside bar these guys made us stay at the pool area so amazing we didn't have to do anything without them being there to help they ran that poor area as if it was their own home and if I was the manager I would be so proud to have them as part of my team.

This is a hotel that never disappoints me. From check in to check out the service is impeccable. You are always met with a smile and you will always receive tips and help no matter what kind of questions you might have. The rooms are always clean and well equipped. I recommend a club room so you can experience the extra service like free laundry. The pool area is super nice and the staff will give you excellent service.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Breakfast was staggeringly good with options to suit all tastes. Rooms were spacious, clean and the views were brilliant. We had the benefit of the Club Lounge and the team of Immy, Baiwan, Enzo and Aim were fantastic and looked after us brilliantly. Thoroughly recommend the Carlton and especially the Club Rooms.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit! Firstly, the location is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently situated close to everything, making it incredibly easy to explore Bangkok. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. We ordered room service at some truly ridiculous hours (and quite frequently, I might add!), yet every order was delivered with the same warmth, kindness and professionalism. The service was consistently excellent. Now, I have to give an EXTRA special mention to the absolutely wonderful Aom! Aom deserves her very own round of applause! Throughout our stay, she surprised us with the most adorable towel creations in our room. From elephants and penguins to little dogs, each one was absolutely delightful! It became such a lovely surprise to return to our room and discover what she had created next. But what made Aom truly special wasn’t just her creativity. It was her beautiful, cheerful personality and the genuine happiness she brought to her work. She was always so warm, friendly and full of joy. Those thoughtful little touches might seem like small things, but they made an enormous difference to our experience and gave us memories we’ll genuinely treasure. Aom, if you ever get to read this, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! You are an absolute gem, and the Carlton is incredibly fortunate to have someone like you representing their hotel. Your kindness, creativity and wonderful personality did not go unnoticed. You made our stay that much more special, and I sincerely hope the hotel recognises what an exceptional member of staff you are! If I could make just one small suggestion for improvement, it would be the minibar. It would be lovely to have it stocked with a selection of snacks, chocolates and cold drinks such as Coke and other soft drinks. While drinking water is provided, having a few additional refreshments readily available in the room would be a really nice touch, particularly after a long day exploring Bangkok. That said, this is a very minor suggestion in what was otherwise a genuinely lovely experience. Thank you to the entire Carlton team for making us feel so welcome, and once again, a particularly heartfelt thank you to Aom. People like you are what turn a lovely hotel into a truly memorable one. We would happily stay here again!
