Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

The Carlton Hotel always delivers.I have had numerous stays in this hotel and it never fails in service,we'll maintained facilities, immaculate rooms and a good breakfast As the hotell has maintained its class and high standard the following staff need mentioning as they form an integral part of the values. Firstly thank you Mint for providing such a personal warm touch to my occasion, you created something touching by decorating the room ,hence we extended our stay. Secondly, Enza,Baiwan,Aim and Immy,the individual cocktail prepared was fantastic ,I think it should be on the menu thanks ,the service you all provided was of such class and kindness,meant alot to my Wife and Myself. Thirdly, Game,Alex and Gift, thanks for the effortless hotel stay extension coupled with my requests,you all exceeded our expectations. Thanks Will definitely return

I had a wonderful stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. Many thanks to all the staff for making the experience so enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the Club Lounge access, which was a real highlight of my stay. Enzo and the rest of the team were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and very well located. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Exceptional - the hotel, room, cleanliness, pool, breakfast all outstanding and above all the club room services which we were fortunate to receive - Enzo and the team (Immy, Baiwan and Aimmy) provided great service throughout our stay. Enzo worked with the chef to cater to my daughter’s nut allergy and ensured she was able to eat without worry! Tremendous - we will be back and thank you so much.

We have been visiting the Carlton since it was founded. And it is a very good hotel. There is one “but”. The hotel should be careful not to succumb to its succes. We had a Club room with access to the lounge. What, in my mind, doesn’t match with the exclusivity of lounge access is the fact that people were sitting there eating their bags full of (pretty smelly) Mc Donalds food. Also, during breakfast people with unappropriate attire for such an event (bikini top) were seen. To my mind, paying a not low tariff for a room for a 5 star hotel, this is not matching. And I fully agree that the hotel cannot influence clothing choices, but still; this is not what i expect to see in a 5 star hotel. Every year we were here, an evening turn down service for the room was provided. After 2 nights we asked why it wasn’t provided this year. We were told it had to be asked…well, to my mind the order should be to be asked if the service wasn’t wanted. Not the other way around. Last note of constructive feedback: when a deposit is given for the room, it should be deducted from the amount that should be paid in total. And not charged for a second time on your card because this means a double (!) amount is reserved on the card for several days/a week. We will come back next year to hopefully see a difference.

Really great hotel with really nice, helpful staff. Imony, Baiwan, Aimmy and Enzo were exceptionally welcoming and made sure the experience was top class .
