Centara Grand & Bangkok at CentralWorld

One of the Receptionists by the name of Porsche was particularly helpful and prompt with rendering assistance when needed.

This hotel has an amazing location for shopping, and amazing views of Bangkok. Good for people that don't want to be stuck in traffic (although sometimes you do have to wait for a lift).

The staff in the hotel was professional, friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights is the breakfast, which offers a wide variety of choices. I especially love the freshly baked pastries served straight from the oven. It is also impressive that the hotel grows its own vegetables, which adds a special touch and shows attention to detail. The Club Lounge is another reason I always enjoy coming back. The food selection and overall atmosphere make it a lovely place to relax, but what really makes the experience special is the excellent service from the team. Love, Necollle, Shanelle, T, Jay, and Muek, the manager, deserve special recognition for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care. They always make me feel welcome and well looked after. Every time I stay here, I discover more reasons to appreciate this hotel. The combination of a pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding service makes each visit memorable. No matter how many times I return, the hotel never fails to impress me. It is always a pleasure to stay here, and I look forward to coming back again.

Terrible hotel, the bed was a nightmare. The mattress is worn off and I felt the metal on my back, I have been having back pain for 2 days since I left. They have beyond incompetent buffet employees, she can't seem to understand I needed a coffee cup to go. Please please stop acting these Filipinos don't understand English. I wanted to see the chocolate buffet and they closed it because of the rain. Really that's the only place we can go up and down glass stairs? My mother is a senior , she doesn't deserve to take some ? You need young people to go up and down the stairs and old people can't? Just a crap hotel from inside.
