Yet another lovely holiday at the Centara, we have being going there for so many years and always receive such a warm friendly welcome from Jan the general manager, and all the staff. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms it was lovely and have no complaints whatsoever it had everything you could wish for. There is ongoing renovations in the hotel but they did not impact on our holiday at all. A big thank you to all the staff for another memorable stay

Once again we began our pilgrimage to the Centara Grand Hua Hin. This year was a little different as the hotel is going through a major upgrade and refurbishment. The hotel was quieter than normal to endure as much as possible the guests were as far away as possible from any disturbance. Yes there was some noise but nothing that would/could spoil our holiday with friends and family. The refurbishment will not take away any of the character of the hotel. I have reviewed this hotel before and nothing changes the hotel staff from the General Manager ‘Jan’ down to the cleaning men and women simply can’t do enough for you. The refurbishment project is due to be finished in the summer of 2027 but don’t worry ho now you will have a great time and be treated like royalty

Have just returned from 12 night stay at the hotel,this was our second visit.We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms in the Colonial Wing,greatly improved eg loads of storage,coffee station,smart TV,USB charging points beside bed & upgraded bathroom.Lovely outdoor sitting area.We paid extra for the Club facilities;soft drinks & snacks throughout the day with cocktails & canapés available from 530pm to 7pm.Staff throughout out the hotel are friendly,efficient & amazing.Jan,the general manager engages with the guests & very approachable.Due to ongoing upgrading there was slight noise,usually between 9am to 5pm it was not intrusive at all as we were by the Garden pool & didn't hear it. It did not interfere with our enjoyment of the holiday at all.We did go to the seafood buffet(meat options available)which we thought was good value for money & had a wide selection.Wide selection available for breakfast both Asian & European, of a very high standard.From Petch,who greets everyone with his smile,at the front, to the staff in the club(Aida,Yaya & gang) & all the staff at the hotel,they do a wonderful job.Will definitely be back
