Our favourite holiday destination. The Centara Hua Hin is located within close walking distance to markets, great restaurants with a wide variety of cuisine options, but there is no need to leave the complex. The resort features fantastic restaurants. More than anything, it is the people at the Centara who make the stay most enjoyable - friendly, fun, professional, and always willing to assist in any respect. Enjoy walking the best beach in the region, relaxing at one of the fantastic pools, or exercising in the newly renovated gymnasium. A great place to visit as always

We have been visiting this hotel since 2015. We have travelled extensively but keep returning as it is a truly remarkable place! Despite extensive renovations taking place, the hotel has managed to maintain its high standards and minimise the disruption. The location of the hotel right on the beach is stunning as are the grounds. This year we stayed in a newly refurbished suite in the Garden wing. The room was beautifully renovated to convey the colonial heritage of the hotel but completely modernised. The whole space was fabulous, very light and airy with an enormous veranda. The furnishings were very tasteful. We can't wait to see the completed version when all the renovations are finished. What makes Centara Grand Hua Hin so special is the wonderful staff who treat each and every guest as if they are the only people in the hotel! Nothing is too much trouble, treating everyone as if they are family. Breakfast-Excellent greeting each morning from Mon & Tum. Mon greeted us like old friends. We were made to feel very special each and every morning. Belle served us beautifully with a wonderful smile each day. Club Lounge-all of the staff were wonderful but we have to highlight Aida, Tuk and Aod who remembered us from our previous visits and again treated us as family. Merf, A and Ice were also super. Coast-this has a lovely location right next to the beach serving great food and cocktails. We were celebrating a special anniversary so celebrated with dinner on the beach. It was absolutely stunning in every way. The food was fabulous and were looked after very attentively by Kai. Final mention must go to Jan who must be the best hotel manager we have ever come across and we have travelled extensively. Jan is extremely approachable and treats every single guest as if they are the only guest in the hotel. He takes the time out of his busy day to greet all of the guests, not just once but several times during the day. He was there to greet us when we arrived and remembers the smallest of details. He listens to you and takes pride in having the highest standards for the hotel. He has an amazing relationship with the hotel staff who obviously enjoy working for him and the hotel. We can honestly say that it is the best hotel that we have ever stayed in! We were really sorry to leave and cannot wait to return! Thank you tto everyone who made our stay so memorable.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it made our celebration so special. ❤️ The hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite, which was absolutely massive and perfectly located close to the pool, reception and Club Lounge. The Club Suite rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. There’s also a direct link to the mall, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and exactly the special break we needed to celebrate 20 years of marriage. 🥂❤️
