Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya

I've stayed at Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya several times, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, the water park is fantastic, and the overall experience is always great. What impressed me most is the service. From the moment we arrived, the bell staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The check-in process was quick and seamless, with no waiting at all. Breakfast was also outstanding, with plenty of choices and great quality. A consistently wonderful stay every time. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Pattaya.

Lounge staff - Meily provided great services to us! We took Grab to hotel and left some medicines at the vehicle, driver called me back while we were at the Zulu Club Lounge, but I don’t understand what the driver said (Thai). Meily helped me to communicate with the driver and even went out to the car park for taking back my medicines. Thanks Meily for the unexpected heartfelt services.

This was my first visit after the renovation, and my sixth visit overall and it truly exceeded all my expectations! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! We enjoyed every single moment. The resort has such a special soul, and the atmosphere of the place is simply magical. The service was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and lovely. A heartfelt thank you to the entire resort team for making our stay so special. 🫶🏻 We can’t wait to come back again

The hotel itself was generally fine, and most of the stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, I experienced a very serious issue that significantly affected my stay. The safe in my room was not functioning properly. During my three-day stay, I had to contact the security team more than five times, practically every time I needed to open or close the safe. As a result, several members of the security team had to come to my room and assist with the safe, and they were necessarily exposed to the process of accessing it. During the stay, approximately €300 and 4,000 Thai Baht went missing from the safe. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel, and the management conducted an investigation. I was informed that the hotel had reviewed the corridor CCTV footage and had not found any suspicious activity, and therefore they did not consider the money to have been stolen. I respect that this was their conclusion, but unfortunately it does not change my experience or the fact that the money was no longer there. What makes this particularly concerning is that the safe was faulty from the beginning, and several security staff members had to access it or assist with it multiple times. This created a situation where I no longer felt that the contents of the safe were fully secure. This happened at the very beginning of a long family trip, which made the situation especially stressful and upsetting. I was also disappointed that, despite the circumstances and the repeated problems with the safe, the hotel did not offer any compensation or meaningful gesture. I am not making any accusation against a specific person, as I cannot know what happened. However, based on my experience, I strongly believe that the hotel should take responsibility for providing a properly functioning and secure safe to its guests. The hotel itself was okay, but this experience seriously affected my trust in the property and is the main reason I cannot recommend it without reservations.

We adore this place. Our family have been coming to this resort since 2014 and this is our third stay. It’s been 8 years since we have been back and I can say it’s just as fabulous. The same staff are still here, shout out to Auto and Bird who have made us feel like family and remembered our children when they were little. The staff love working here and it says alot for the Centara brand. This trip we stayed in club lounge suite and have been so lucky to meet all the wonderful staff at the Club lounge who have made our stay just amazing. To Junior and Diow, Ommy and Sanim and all others I have missed, Centara are so lucky to have you. The best staff in any resort we have stayed at. Our cleaners Nan and most importantly the wonderful Link, what a splendid young man, thank you. We have stayed at Centara Kata, Centara Karon twice and multiple times here, Centara do it best. You are treated wonderfully and the security at the resorts is second to none. Shout out to the guards here, you do a wonderful job. We cannot wait to return with all our now grown up family.
