Mytt Hotel Pattaya

Disappointed, I stayed at this hotel in February and on the whole I was reasonably happy, location, cleanliness. My experience when I stayed there again in June was completely the opposite the reception staff for some reason thought they were superior than me 😳. For starters there was no recognition of a repeat customer, after travelling nearly 24 hours my room was ready, however I could not go to my room either I paid early booking fee of 4200 baht or I could wait one hour and get My already made up a room and not incur the fee. This exploitation of weary repeat customers is unacceptable and the reception staff gave the impression that it was normal practice to engineer financial gain from western wealthy customers. it did not go down well with me as I was extremely tired. As an experience, Traveler most five star hotels either offer you a Welcome drink or a refreshing towel especially as the temperatures exceeded 35°. The reception staff did neither. They were more interested in extracting 4000 Thaii out of me.. the following day, the same reception staff member, wanted to enforce a 1000 baht fine for a friend to visit me at the hotel, I thought this was outrageous and it was a desperate approach for revenge because I refuse to pay the early check-in fee the day before beforehand. In fact, they threatened me and said they would call the police and have me in jail if I did not pay them the money. I wasn’t prepared to accept that sort of service and checked out immediately.

Honestly, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are spotless, the staff is super helpful, and all the facilities are top-notch. Everything was perfect until night came. The hotel is right next to a nightclub, and the bass was so loud it literally vibrated through the room. We barely got any sleep because of it. No matter how good the service or the rooms are, you still need to be able to sleep at night, and that was just impossible here. If you're planning to stay out partying late anyway or noise doesn't bother you, this place is amazing. But if you actually want a good night's rest, you might want to look somewhere else or make sure you ask for a room on the far side of the building.

Very nice hotel everything was clean and comfortable, also very close to beach and second roads which are the key starting points, the ladies on the front counter were very pleasant and also the porters, where greeted every time, overall very nice place to stay

Mytt hotel is Situated just at walking distance from beach.Rooms are good and clean.Interior of rooms. Is modern.Staff is very good.Main attraction of hotel is it's rooftop swimming pool.All is good.But main problem is in buffet breakfast menu.No INDIAN FOOD is available in breakfast. Breakfast Menu is very limited. Secondly massage/Spa is shown on different hotel booking sites.But in actual no Spa/Massage available at hotel.Staff at reception told me it's already closed long ago.This is disappointing.
