SO/ Bangkok

As an Accor Platinum member staying for a quick one-night trip, my experience at SO/ Bangkok was exceptionally comfortable and seamless. True to its five-star standards, I was escorted straight to a dedicated floor for check-in upon arrival, welcomed with a refreshing drink, and had my luggage promptly delivered to the room. While the room hardware speaks for itself, the genuine dedication of the staff truly stands out. I was warmly greeted with a hand-written welcome card and delicious welcome dessert. Using my member welcome drink voucher, I headed up to the rooftop bar for a classic cocktail, where both the stunning views and drinks were top-notch. I would like to give a special shoutout to Guest Managers Keng and Khun Izhar for their wonderful arrangements prior to my arrival, as well as Eve and Chon for handling my check-in and check-out procedures with absolute professionalism and warmth. I will definitely choose SO/ Bangkok again on my next trip to Bangkok!

There are several room types to choose from, and all rooms offer beautiful views. The staff provide excellent service. However, I feel that the breakfast selection used to be more varied than it is now. I hope the hotel will improve the breakfast options and bring back the variety it used to offer.

We had a lovely stay at SO Bangkok. The rooms are comfy and the views are amazing. Good location. The best part was the people. Our servers were fantastic, friendly, efficient. Our bartender, Nic was the best. He is creative and helpful. We had great conversations and delicious cocktails.

Wasting Time Staying in this Hotel, Im as loyal Platinum Member Accor really dissatisfied about the service from operator ( call 0) The staff (woman) asnwer my call with zero attitude. Not friendly at all. This is first treated like this in 5 STAR HOTELS. I ask about my laundry and the staff speak unclearly, and i ask to repeat, she said really bad attitude spelling the words impolitely. And the lounge, i didnt know its the standart service at SO/ or not. No greeter standby / greet me while im coming to lounge, like no offering food/ drinks, until we take a seat, and we should ask the staff first. ( no initiative gesture) The room upgrade most of all my recent stay in 5 stars they give upgrade to Suite or minimum 2 lebel. not just one level or different rooms views, we got dusty room and small crowded room. Im checkin at night, the checkin process really slow and didnt escorted to lounge or offeering some drinks. The cockroach near sauna toilet was disgusting. Honestly recently stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit the service and everything is prrfect. Really disappointed and never reccomended SO/ hotel at all. I hope the management riview the service quality, Lately I read the riview most of the people's revirw the bad of this hotel too.
