The Landmark Bangkok

I have stayed here a few times and I have to say this time was the worst. I have not even spent a night here yet. Check in was lousy and I mean of the highest level. Wow. I was the only one and it still took 20 mins. Terrible. I arrived at 2330 so you would think they would have most things prepared. I have stayed here 4-5 times and they have my membership on file. Nope. Not good enough. The room has a moldy smell and the temp was super high. All this despite being a titanium member. I will take my business elsewhere where from Now on when in Bangkok.

Very happy with my stay here. Breakfast buffet was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions and occasional issues were addressed promptly and with a smile. The spa on the 9th floor has some outstanding massage therapists. 24 hour access to good food, whether next door or through room service. The hotel location is also really convenient to the BTS and many many stores, restaurants, entertainment venues are within walking distance. Next time I will book a club room so I can comment on the club lounge. Yes, I said "next time" because I plan to stay here again when I'm back in Bangkok next year. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was fourth time for me to book this hotel.. Location is excellent. Hotel is very clean and like new. Stuff are amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Praew who managed to give me four rooms in the same floor and keeping my family very close. A special thanks to Praew.
