Barceló Coconut Island Phuket

5/5 Stars – Perfect Honeymoon Getaway! Everything about Barceló Coconut Island is fantastic—the island, the beach, and especially the incredibly hardworking staff who go above and beyond for their guests. We stayed in a Luxury Suite for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. When we had a minor encounter with nature (ants made their way into the room through the grout), the staff handled it immediately and were so helpful in cleaning everything up. My tip: Spend your days relaxing on the island and use the late afternoons/evenings for trips to Phuket Old Town or to see the elephants. Highly recommended!

Badly in need of refurbishment and maintenance. Excellent service by staff gets the rating to average. Food quality and temperature haphazard and variety lacking. Isolation could have been overcome with a shuttle service to Phuket town. Had higher expectations of a member of Barcello group having previously stayed at Melia.

Barceló Coconut Island is a true tropical paradise! Beautiful surroundings, stunning views, luxurious accommodation, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere make this resort a perfect escape. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the facilities make the whole experience feel special. A fantastic place to unwind, enjoy the beauty of Thailand, and create unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a little piece of paradise! 🌴

Amazing stay Hotel is clean and good is very good too. Staff are amazing the manager Ayas and bar staff are fabulous and made the stay so much better We can’t wait to come back

On arrival, there were a few issues with my room. After I raised them with the reception team, the Manager, Ayas, contacted me personally. He apologised sincerely, moved me to a beautiful villa, and made sure everything was perfect. He kept checking in throughout my stay, and he completely turned the experience around. I felt well looked after right up to my departure. The rest of the stay was wonderful. Staff in every department were warm, attentive and genuinely caring. The spa was a highlight. I didn't catch my therapist's name, but her treatment was outstanding. Nina at reception was also very helpful throughout. Thank you, Ayas, and thank you to the whole team. I will definitely be back!
