Hotel does not Meet the expectations it sets - does not correspond to a 5-star hotel by far. Breakfast is not good and not organized (even so that there is a “premium” breakfast), food is tasteless, even drinks are not nice, we ordered a cocktail in which there was no alcohol, it got sent back and when they delivered the new one it had an ant in it. There is nothing around the resort so you are restricted to it, and there are very few things to do. On the first day we were in the rain at the door of our room because they gave us a card that didn’t work.... And we had no way to talk to the reception because it was far away, fortunately we knocked on the door of a neighbor who helped us and called to help us. Too big for the services it offers if you stay on a villa/room far from the restaurant and lobby, you will have nothing around you and will be isolated. In the room, we can even hear the neighbours laugh or snore, we arrived at our room and had 3 Huge cockroaches. We had to call maintenance to our room 2 night in a row to kill them. We came here to enjoy our honeymoon and this felt nothing like the rest of our trip. Yesterday after the events with the cockroaches, we called the reception asking us to change rooms, they said they were going to see and then they would call back, guess what, they didn’t call. So after 20-30 minutes, we called again and it was as if it was the first time we were calling....but then they came to pick us up and took us to a new room, where the air conditioning didn’t work, but we were already so tired and we were going to wake up a few hours ago that we didn’t even say anything. Last night we scheduled the boat to leave the island, we said we were going to check out and we asked for a breakfast box to Go. We got there in the morning, at the time they asked and no one knew anything, there was no breakfast box made (it was the receptionist doing it in a hurry, literally running), and then they still tried to rush us to go to the boat for an error and delay that was totally caused by them. They said there would be candy, fruits, eggs and this is what they gave us, from a supposedly 5-star hotel.
