We had such a lovely surprise when we returned to our room! Thank you so much to Winner from room service for the beautiful elephant towel folding. My girls were so excited and couldn’t stop smiling when they saw it. It truly made our day and added a special touch to our stay. Really appreciate the effort and creativity!

Rin, Nanny made the stay for us at below 23 pool bar they were amazing so lovely, efficient and professional I cannot rate them or their entire team highly enough. Especially with the special attention they give each and every guest being Aussie we love ice cold beers and as soon as they saw us they had extra beer on ice for us.
